This is weird. I seen a email saying I rated this place. I've never been there before. Shows I gave a 3 star review. Only reason I seen it was because the owner said thank you to my 3 star no comment review. Well I deleted it and giving a 5 star. Have a great day!

Incredible experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. We only stayed two nights and I teared up having to tell Ms. Little and Patsy goodbye. The staff at Bay Flats are entirely lovely. Then there's the food. My gosh the food. Each meal was better than the last. But the real treat, if you're up for the challenge, is the fly fishing offered here. It's an incredible fishery and Bay Flats has world class fly fishing guides that will do their absolute best to ensure you get a chance to catch fish with a fly. With a little bit of skill, you should get plenty of chances.

Another cool thing about Bay Flats is their commitment to conservation. Bay Flats strives to be plastic free but not in a pretentious, roll-your-eyes kinda way. They go out of their way to make being plastic-free achievable and realistic.

If you're looking for an incredible lodge and or fly fishing experience, Bay Flats is a MUST!

First time here.definitely will not my last.from the friendly staff to the world class hunting and fishing opportunities.this place is amazing.but the food.the food takes the prize.amazing amazing amazing food

Staying at Bay Flats Lodge was the best fishing trip I have ever been on. The food was really good, the portions plentiful for both breakfast and Dinner. The fishing was fantastic and our guide Todd was knowledgeable and put us on the fish. We caught every species and limited out on Trout, Reds and Black Drum. Would give this trip 10/10 and more than five stars if Google let me.

I came here many years ago and I’m still coming back. Used to go with capt Nick D but I don’t see him around. The lodge is better than most hotels in cities. 5 stars

If you ever have a chance, come down and fish with Captain Jeremy or Captain Hoop! We had a blast fishing with them last weekend. They know the bay system like the back of their hand and will work hard to put you on the fish! We have been fishing here several times and always have a great time! Best guides in the business!

This is an amazing “all inclusive” fishing lodge (never used for hunting). Appetizers start at 530 and have never disappointed. (Heavy reminder on the BYOB for happy hour!) dinner is at 630 and I have experienced the giant pork chop and the giant ribeye. Both are amazing. The guides are also a great time - there’s no guarantee of fish (although the fishing is better 1 year removed from the big freeze of 21’) but all have great personalities and have no issues reaching beginners. Highly recommend a trip out here if you’re on the fence.

Amazing stay, food was phenomenal, fishing was soothing and relaxing with the company of great men! Had a blast, definitely a repeat with the whole family.

Rudy Briseno is the best guide there recommend him to anyone looking to catch some fish or atleast some good conversation on our beautiful Texas water ways!

Wonderful experience at Bay Flats. Accommodations were great, room was extremely clean and the property was well taken care of. You can tell the staff pays attention to detail when caring for the property and the guests. The staff was friendly, seemed to know everyone by name and genuinely wanted to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. All the meals were great as well.

Both guides I went out with knew the water and the area really well and worked hard to make sure it was a great day. Would absolutely come back to Bay Flats.

This lodge proved again why it's the best. The staff, accommodations and service are world class. Our fishing guide was Hoop. He put us on fish for two days. He was professional, provided a safe experience and truly cared that we would have a memorable experience. I will request him next time. Keep up the great work!

Never a bad day at Bay Flats Lodge in Seadrift.

We usually go at least once a year. Great fishing, excellent food and impeccable service.

This is one of the greatest place I've never been before people treat you like a king very friendly management I can wait to go back soon thank you for the hospitality great friends

5 Stars, hands down. We recently booked a trip with Bay Flats Lodge to take our company on a weekend getaway to do some fishing and we were not disappointed. We booked the trip through Angie who was extremely helpful and with quick responsiveness. When we arrived, Randy greeted every one of our Team Members with a welcoming smile and helped us all check in. The facilities are nothing short of amazing, groomed landscape with an outdoor gathering area under a cabana that has large fans and plenty of seating. The rooms were spotless with large comfortable beds. The location is right on the water so you wake up, chow down on the grand breakfast they provide, stock your cooler, and walk right over to the boats. Lastly, the staff could not have been any more accommodating. From helping us check in to serving us food and providing lunch on the boats, these folks know what real hospitality looks like. Thank you Bay Flats Team, we will be back.
