Baylor Family Medicine at Weatherford

It’s very disappointing that the Weatherford location is not helping their patients with Covid testing or seeing patients that are possible Covid positive. What a cop out! When their patients need them the most they turn them away! Instead they are sending them to another location in Burleson or Fort Worth. And only to rush over there to make it on time with my sick husband to find out that there is No Doctor available! Seriously 45 minute drive and for nothing! And then they offered to reschedule my husband for next week! Seriously he’s very sick now. My husband was tested for Covid at the first monday location in Weatherford and waiting for results so I can’t risk taking him to the hospital if he’s not Covid positive. Very upset they bailed on my husband who has been a dedicated patient for years. Too bad Dr Hornell left things would have been different because he cared about people ️

We moved to Poolville from Arlington in 9/18, so we needed a new doctor. I called a couple places, but I didn't get return calls or someone was rude. I called Baylor Scott and White, and I knew they were the right office. All the office staff are extremely friendly and professional, not to mention they have great senses of humor! My husband has high blood pressure, but he doesn't like to go to the doctor. I got appointments for us together, and they got him to have yearly physicals, colonoscopy and lab work. They take care of all the refills of his blood pressure and my thyroid medications with ease. It's really easy to ask questions and see labs on the app. They always make us feel comfortable and are easy to talk to. I'm really happy we found them!

Absolutely un perfessional. The staff do not do the jobs they are hired for. They didn't notify anyone the day before about the appointment then try to play it off that its the company they hire to source the calls. Do not use this place.

I absolutely love everyone in this office! They are nice and have always been accommodating. Katie Hutchenson is amazing!

I absolutely love Katie Hutcheson. She goes above and beyond to listen and fully explain everything in detail to me. For being such a busy office, I was surprised that I have never had to wait more than 10 min past my scheduled appointment time. Her nurse is also very friendly and kind! I highly recommend this family practice.

I've been seeing physicians in this office for years now and for the most part have been happy with everyone. After meeting with Alex Jackson today, I can say that I will not be going back. She was very rude, while attempting to be professional. Needless to say, I am really disappointed as I like to stay with one Dr and not skip around.

They billed me for a doctors visit when I was scheduled for a physical and said that we “talked about things outside of a physical”. I always thought when you schedule for a specific appointment that they only ask questions related to that. Instead they asked me stuff outside of what should be asked for a physical and billed me for it! Never going back again!

I had a reaction to my medicine, called 4 days ago, have been without my nightly insulin for those days still no call. It's time to find a new doctor, as well they did the same to my husband.

This place was great when Dr.hornell was here, since he left I have never once been able to get my prescription on time. My last visit I showed up 10 min early and had to wait for almost an hour and a half to be seen

Called to make an appointment for my major blood pressure issues I’m having & I am told o we don’t have any openings till middle of January, jeez I hope nothing happens to me since I can’t get into see anyone at Baylor! Wasn’t ever this way when Dr Hornell was there! Looking for a new clinic I guess!

My family and I have looked for a new family care for years. I can here to transition my VA care away from the chaos of the VA hospitals. The physician and all medical staff her are nothing short of amazing! They are is 10/10; they all welcomed me like family!
