Horrible communication and follow-up. You cannot talk to anyone in the office and they do not care about timely client care when time matters.

Just received a call today, 3/23, from Dr. Ashwin Viswanathan's assistant.

She wanted to schedule a follow up appointment with the Dr and asked of i could being the MRI hard copy in.
(MRI results were sent to them over a week ago via email, but, ok)

I asked if we could do a video chat and if I could mail in my CD since they are so far away.

She the proceeds to tell that the appointment will be at the end of April.

When I asked why it was so late? She replies with, "oh, we just want to make sure we have plenty of time for the CD to make it. "

I replied, "Pretty sure it won't take 5 weeks. Ive been in excruciating lain sin ever July of last year. How's about I just come in person. "

She sets it up for the 10th of April. (Shocking)

Keep in mind, I have a previous post about this SAME INDIVIDUAL and how incorrigible she is. (Which mysteriously vanished)

She is HORRIBLE at her role within your practice.
Zero compassion and horrible empathy.

This is my 2ND review.

I would not recommend this neurology department because they don’t seem to follow a single procedure when it comes to pretty much anything. Patients lives are at risk, and they sadly seem to care more about money and what seems like ego than practicing proper medical care

My neurologist missed a second mass on one of my brain scans. Failed to even read the report before our appointment that clearly mentioned the second mass. I read the report myself later on and noticed it. Only then was it addressed

I was then told I absolutely had to see their neurosurgeon who would be able to help me. I was told he reviewed my case and would know what to do. I go to the guy, and guess what? He never reviewed my case before. Had no idea what to even tell me. I have NO clue why Baylor would tell me this neurosurgeon was the guy to help if he in fact wasn’t in any way. Hmm oh I know why. Money.

This place is a joke.

I hope they realize how messed up they are as an organization.

I have been trying to schedule an EMG appointment for the last two months! I even went up there last month to schedule it in person and they told me someone would contact me. Reason being they are training a new person, which is still not a good enough reason. My order date was Nov. 11th it is now January 17th, I have called and left messages and still haven't received a call back. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and inconsiderate.
