Baylor Scott and White Cardiovascular Consultants Grapevine reviews
17Dr. David Scherer has been my cardiovascular for 15 years and he was my mother's cardio for many years also. I love his staff, I love Baylor, they have always shown their best! 2021 and they still rock!
Worse doctors I have ever met. After over 8 years with them I have had enough of the arrogant, condescending and rudeness from the Doctors. So sorry it took me this long to make my decision to leave them. I am now getting my care from another cardiologist in the area.
All I know is that through angioplasty procedures to place coronary stents, I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr Theleman, the office personnel, test procedures, hospital visits. I will not consider going to a different cardiologist unless I have no choice.
Dr. Mottl is great! However the reception/waiting room staff has no idea about politeness or customer service. It is as if they are doing YOU a favor by even being there. I may just go to a different location where he practices so I don't have to deal with them in Grapevine.
My husband and I go to this facility. The doctors are good, but the front office staff is not good. They are lazy. They have you fill out the same paper work as if you were a new patient every time you go. The tell us they don’t have the paper work that you filled from one week ago. It’s about 9 pages. We are considering using another facility because of this problem.
I would give no stars if I could, This facility is all about $$ they will try to make you come in weekly for inr tests if they can, and when you try to get a home monitor because you can’t make it in (lot of out of town work) they will not approve it if you don’t come in every time, on time, and your blood count is perfect, don’t put your life in jeapordy for these money hungry people.
Fantastic Cardiac facility! Love Dr. Mottl and the the entire staff. Take excellent care, great follow up care.
Dr, Vikas Jain Has been my goto main man with all the specialist I have been to this was the one that was a God send. I will endorse this man tell my death and make sure he has my support long into his practice.
Dr. Hecht was wonderful, explained my symptoms very well, prescribed medication went as far as additional testing, just to make sure.
Until currently, the meds stopped working, my symptoms are back and worse!
I call the nurse multiple times, leave messages and never get a call back. I'm having shortness of breath and a lot of palpitations, maybe they will call back I soon as they read this review, because the voicemail defiantly didn't get me anywhere!
My mom loves her Doctor, Dr. Lawson. He is very nice man who does a great job of explaining everything, never makes you feel rushed at the appointment and does a very good job. The staff is also friendly and very helpful. Would recommend Dr Lawson.
I am so grateful to have found Dr. Theleman and his office. He takes the time to listen to me, and that is hard to find now days. From the Dr, to the receptionists I am taken care, with a smile! Thank you Cardiovascular Consultants for making my visits easy!
Seeing the reviews here have little to do with the professionalism of the doctors themselves, so please read the reviews and determine which is more important in your life; the skills needed to heal and strengthen you or the demeanor of the front staff. (I have found most people in an office setting are a mirror of what they encounter.)
I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Jain and was most impressed with his knowledge and skill. He explained all the tests and took ample time to help me understand everything. I will definitely return to see Dr. Jain.
Dr. Jain is very good. But their billing office is atrocious. They used the wrong taxpayer ID when they submitted my claim in 01/17. As a result Aetna considered it an out of network claim, when it was actually in network. Both Aetna and I have contacted them numerous times about this, and they admitted to both of us they made a mistake. But 6 months later they have not corrected the billing.
Dr. David Schererville has been my cardiovascular for 15 years and he was my mother's cardio for many years also. I love his staff, I love Baylor, they have always shown their best!
Terrible I had a 11: 30 appointment scheduled for June 14th then they called on the 13th just one day before to reschedule for 11: 00am with another nurse practitioner making it impossible to get to missing work & other crucial appointments, I left my home an hour early got in bad traffic arrived 15 min late another 5 min to park get up the elevator to the 2nd floor with my disability of my spine I can't run by the time I got to the front desk to check in, I was then told I couldn't be scene I would have to reschedule again for another date or for the afternoon late not even giving me time to drive & make it home & back so I have to sit in the lobby for over two hours until I can be scene by yet another nurse practitioner not even my doctor making miss other crucial appointments. I've never scene such horrible service in my life time of dr appointments it was their fault to begin with with the last minute reschedule making it impossible to get to their new rescheduled in which I told them this over the phone the day before never did except to be in traffic for over an hour to be turned away once I arrive or spend the entire day sitting for hours until another appointment with a nurse practitioner not even my doctor so I'm now missing almost an entire day of work plus other appointments over this; I would have never treated s patient this way especially when this place was the reason for the rescheduling of my appointment in the first place then knowing your in traffic an hour couldn't run up the elavator you'd think they would treat established patients than that, very disappointed with the service level, the girl in the front desk making to appointments was not nice at all making things worse they could have been understanding knowing they were the reason for the reschedule in the first place e after they had scheduled the 1st appointment. Baylor Grapevine location.
This one star is for the rude, sassy receptionist we had to deal with today during my husband's appointment. We had questions about the test he was going to have done and her reply was basically "they're heart doctors and they know what they're doing". They need to get rid of the rude unprofessional people and bring in professionals who know how to answer patient questions in a polite manner. I am also writing a letter to the practice manager to report her behavior.
The doctors here are wonderful, however the insurance coordinators and managers are VERY rude and condescending. Something simple due to an insurance card mix up turned very ugly, very quickly. Nothing shows they care for their patients like belittling a heart patient in front of an entire waiting room full of people. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism.
