If you have your prescription refill appointment canceled because you have a fever and have to wait for results of your cover test not only will this clinic not call you with your negative results and cause you to loose money as the sole provider of your family they will also not follow up to provide you with the prescriptions you need. You can call, send messages, act nicely or even loose patience none of it matters. Best option is to choose another clinic or if all else fails (bc covid is more important than routine medical care) guess you have to buy street meds. They don't care if you pay $600 a month for required medical care and try to do the right thing, they just don't care.

Dr Roger Shen is the best, he listens and is very observant, and I highly recommend Dr Roger Shen, and Baylor Scott and White to my family and friends.

I personally like Dr. James Graham. However, I had to go to see one of the nurse practitioners one day. After getting what I needed. She suggested that I have an ultrasound done to determine if I might be predisposed to having an aortic aneurysm since I had smoked early in my life. She stated that because I was on Medicare it would be free. Of course, I said ok. I was scheduled and went for the ultrasound. About 2 months later, I got a bill from Baylor Scott & White for $570! Tried to dispute it with no luck. They now are calling me about coming in for a blood pressure checkup as if I couldn't do it myself. Seems like all they are concerned with now is getting your money either from you, your insurance company or Medicare!

Use to be a good clinic now that I have sat here for an hour I’m rethinking my opinion of it. 45 minutes past my appointment time is unacceptable.

NOT 5 STAR! 5 star for people to beware. I recently went to quick care clinic which charge flat $200 which I thought was pricey. So decided to try a family doctor, so phone these guys. They quoted me 125$ on the phone. When I was done with my visit. I was charged 235$ more than the quick care. Be careful with this place! Bad on them! Don’t use Dr Roger Shen. I was in there to get antibiotics for preventive strep throat. He Did not give what want and in the end you are fine. I payed 235$ for someone to tell me I’m fine. At the end of day don’t tell me one price and charge me something different. Also Docter here need to listen to patients need. Listen is the key Docter Roger Shen. Also people should read there other customer reviews.

I typically have no issue with this clinic, but Dr. Cooney today didn't meet my expectations of past visits. He came in, listened to my breathing, checked my throat, and was done with his assessment in 3 minutes. His intern noticed fluid in my ears. Cooney never even looked. If I leave work due to fever, pay money to come find answers because I feel a way I've never felt before, at least you can do a more thorough exam. You're going to be charging my insurance an unbelievable amount anyway, what harm in swabbing my throat. I've also never had above normal blood pressure. That should have been looked into as well. Was not satisfied at all. I pray I get better and not worse, especially when I attempted to be proactive.
