Love the clinics here. Doctors and staff are very nice. I have been here for the drive-thru COVID test twice and the staff are very efficient.

Absolutely horrible service. You can't get an appointment and then once you do get an appointment they cancel on you for ridiculous reasons. The scheduling department is useless.

Dr. Dietrich for pediatrics, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Cohen for my PCP professional and knowledgeable. I've been with them both several years.

I am annoyed at BSW practice of requiring multiple visits to get seen. I wanted to schedule an annual physical; as a new patient I was told I must schedule a new patient consult appointment first, you would figure they will get to know me intimately doing a physical and I know the Dr.socially. Second experience: Was referred for a routine colonoscopy because of my age. I was told I had to schedule a new patient consult appointment since I haven't used their GI facility previously. Do you see a pattern? I run a service oriented company, how many customers would I retain if I told them I have to have an appointment to get to know them before doing business with them? Also operating a business how frustrated with this practice would I be to be compelled to write a review. Seems to me the thought process is their time is more important than mine or this is a ins.money grab, either way it doesn't seem to be a sustainable business practice.

The doctors and staff are excellent. They are well educated and at the top of their game with high quality health care and medical research as well as education.

Biling a doctor visit at a clinic is not outpatient hospital care. I was never in your hospital. Complaint filed with Insurance Company to review as fraudulent. Maps sent of location and all. Very disappointed in billing system.

The doctor we see is great! What isn't great is that Scott and White charges us a facility fee EVERY. SINGLE. VISIT. To the tune of about $200. It is ridiculous billing.

They charge you a facility fee that they do not disclose. They say it's because they are "attached" to the hospital. The hospital is about a half mile up the street on the other side of the street. With insurance it costs more than a clinic walk in at other clinics without insurance. 20 minute talk with the Dr cost over 100 dollars out of pocket and we have insurance. No medications or treatments given, just a 20 minute conversation. It seems criminal what they're doing.

Wow, what a mess to say the least. I should have read the reviews before coming in, so that's on me now. Not only did I have to wait for over an hour past my appointment time to be seen, I was there for over 3 hours. The doctor did not seem to care about my concerns or offer proper treatment for the condition I came in seeking help with. Nothing was explained, no follow up appointment scheduled to track progress. No papers or instructions for the medications given. I wish I could turn back time and go to a different doctor but now I'm afraid I'm going to look like a doctor shopper when all I want is proper treatment. After the "taper" I was given I have a sick feeling it's gonna be back to square one. Avoid at all costs! The whole place was so scattered. From the front desk, to the doctor (s), to billing.

$700 for a routine eye exam on a 14 year old girl that didn't even need her prescription changed? !

BEWARE! This hospital is a rip off facility. They will tell you that you are in network and then bill you $300 for just meeting a doctor in the name of facility use. No procedure done except for regular blood pressure and temperature check. I have a PPO plan and was told that and I am in network and then they sent me a bill of $275. Have been to renowned hosiptals but have never met a cheat like this. No one even mentioned this additional facility charges for meeting a doctor in their facility. Be careful. I am sure anyone like me will never go back.

I have had multiple issues with the RR speciality clinic. As I live in Georgetown, it is so convenient. I so wish the staff was as competent as the clinics in Temple. Today I drove to my appointment, and upon checking in was told that the eye test I had the appointment for could not be completed. The BSW staff made the appointment for me 6 weeks ago! I really needed to get this test done. I left, losing an hour of my day to their incompetence. I called the Temple Eye Institute, and was able to get an appointment. Perhaps the Round Rock supervisors and directors should make a trip to Temple to learn how to run their clinics better.

The doctor is wonderful and so are her nursing staff. However the front desk staff has an attitude and they come off rude. The elderly woman is just not friendly at all. If you don’t know the answer to something make some effort to ask about what the client is requesting information about. Don’t just say “I don’t know. You’ll have to ask the doctor” in a very rude tone. Especially in a rude tone. However. The nurse and doctor we’re friendly! Even after the front desk lady put me in a mood. Just saying. 5 stars for the doctor but 1 for the front desk

Have a family history of brain aneurysms. Dr. Vallabhaneni requested an MRI after we paid $300 out of pocket and insurance picking up the rest, we were informed that Dr. Vallabhaneni order the MRI of the neck not the brain. He said he could not request another MRI because insurance would not pay for it. We essentially paid for a test we did not need and could not get the test we actually needed. No customer service at this place!

I had a horrible experience here today. I went for a thyroid biopsy. Initially I was treated well by the registration, the clerk at imaging and the ultrasound tech. My issue was with the Radiologist who was doing my biopsy. He came in and immediately told me that the biopsy my Doctor, an Endocrenologist ordered was not needed. Blatantly told me the nodules were only cyst and all benign. I have had these looked at by multiple specialist who confirmed they need biopsy and were nodules that are concerning. Along with me having severe symptoms and pain. When I questioned the Radiologist he implied that I wanted to have cancer and said "most people don't actually want cancer. " He flat out told me they were benign, although the only way to truly know is by biopsy. He had no bedside manner and treated me very poorly as a patient. I have been suffering and was blown away at how I was treated today and that be refused to do the procedure. When I questioned him again he said, "well I can stick needles, I do it all day and would be happy to. " I was shocked at how insensitive he was toward me and my situation. I'm disgusted at how I was treated today and I really hope nobody else in my situation would ever be treated this way. I will be sharing this with my friends and family in hopes they avoid this part of Scott and white. I usually go to Temple. I do not live local. I had to plan for this appointment. My insurance will be billed. This is the most absurd treatment to a patient I have ever experienced. I'm truly disappointed. It was a very demeaning experience for me and offensive. Not to mention total lack of care toward a patient. Care I didn't receive per my doctors orders!

Baylor Scott and White has good doctors. However, they have a terrible "insurance" system they run in house by incompetent people. I took my son to Dr. Berg for a medical visit months ago. They took my co-payment and that was that. However, SEVERAL MONTHS later I received a statement reporting that, in addition to my co-payment (and I have good insurance), they are charging me with a facility charge of $149 just because the Pediatrician is in the BSW facility. I can understand ER, but a standard Pediatrician visit? I disputed the charge and even filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney's General and the Department of Insurance. Sadly, I did not hear any response from them. I gave up and paid the facility charge last week. Today, I got a mail from a Collection Company for the same charge. Now I have to talk to BSW and the collection company about the possible negative effects on my credit, even though I already paid the silly facility charge. Just stay away, going to this healthcare system will only shorten your life span due to stress from their questionable billing practices. 0 stars.

They double charge for every visit by adding on a "facility charge" of $170 to get extra from your insurance. Avoid this place like the plague! Theres a reason they always have appointments and the place is always empty. Their billing is a total nightmare!

I am sitting in the Opthamology Department of the Scott & White clinic with my mother, and it sickens me watching the staff roll their eyes and make fun of these elderly patients behind their computer monitors, after speaking so rudely to them in response to legitimate questions! Well, I see you! You should be treating these people with respect. They are the reason you receive a paycheck, and they built a great community before your ungrateful, disrespectful, entitled self arrived here. This is disgusting!

Amazing staff and quality of service. We would have stayed except it turns out they are not in network with our insurance even though we called them to confirm and they said they would take care of everything and alert us if there were any issues with our insurance. Now we owe $14,000 in unforeseen medical bills, and we can't get anyone from the hospital's billing department to call us back. Horrible.

I enjoy the staff and nurses! There great I’ve had two doctors one from Round Rock Clinic and another from Georgetown clinic they both were not helpful they both seem like there not very informative. Hopefully I can find a doctor for me and my family.
