13Came here to see if I broke my arm, and they gave me a pat on the shoulder and told me not to fall. (It was broken, they told me it was not.) Paid my deductible to them, but got a secondary bill from their 'contractors' working at this facility and owed an additional $763. Absolute ripoff, and would never use this company again.
I had the worst hospital visit ever. I went in with a sever kidney infection with high temps, I was told by the ER Doctor that I should test for COVID, NOPE! I knew it was a kidney infection and not COVID. They proceed to run test on my specimen and sure enough, it was a severe kidney infection. I was not asked to do imaging (because they are not doing imaging due to COVID). They give me two bags of IVs, one with antibiotic and and anti-inflammatory. The second one, just the bag of IV. No blanket or pillow and they made me wear a mask the whole time. The Doc came in and said I was right, it was a kidney infection and he would send me home with antibiotics. They released me at 10 or 11 pm and told me I should be good to go. I woke up at 4 am with 104 temp and felt worse than before I went. My Husband called the next day to see if they would give me anti-inflammatory for the body aches and fever. Their answer, well she can come back up and go through the process again, pay her $150 ER Fee and be sent to another hospital for imaging. WOW! I spent the next 3 days in bed only to find a friend to give me their anti-inflammatory prescription. I am better now, thankfully! I will NEVER go to this hospital ever again! It was a horrible experience!
That is a net of 5 stars for the doctors, PAs, nurses and lab folks and minus 3 stars for the office manager who can't seem to understand how important answering the phone is to the customer. The web portal is little more than a secure email. It is useless for much else. If you're looking for great PCPs, go there. If you want to schedule an appointment - best wishes and Xanax will be important.

Location with a severe case of dermintitis, fatigue and vomiting with my nausea trying to explain my case to be laughed at by the doctor and met with an unpleasant nurse who treated me more like a criminal then a patient being told" I must hit a cigarette too hard" which I haven't even smoked. I then proceeded to go home crying back to my house feeling humilated and just trying to get medical health. I hope and pray that understand the pain of a human being trying to get help and paying over 100 dollars to be treated like this in a hospital looking for compassion and treatment just to be treated like a waste to humanity. Even the 3rd nurse that was with me was shocked by their behavior.

I visited the ER 1/6 in the evening with severe head pain. I was treated very kindly, professionally and respectfully. My husband being very scared and concerned for my welfare was quite impatient, argumentative and actually rude to several of the personnel who were attempting to help me. They remained very calm and proceeded with my treatment. I left the facility with relief and resolution. This is my 3rd visit to this facility in the last 5-6 years and in all cases I found relief and was treated extremely well.
Thought I liked this practice. Should have read reviews first. Make sure you find out how much time you’re allowed to ask questions during your preventative visit. Apparently I took too much time and was charged over $100 extra! Wow, and thankfully I don’t really have many health problems. Can’t imagine what the charge would be if I did. Plus doc couldn’t even really answer some of my questions just wanted to refer me out. Probably get bonuses for that too. Guessing business is slow with COVID so any patients they can lure in they will charge as much as possible. Pathetic and unfortunate.will keep looking for other options.
This ER was not equipped to treat me. They referred me to another hospital, charged my insurance $1000, and sent me a bill for my copay. When I disputed the charges, both via telephone and in writing, I was ignored and never received a reply. Don't go to this place - there's a real ER right down the road.
This is a building that is half ER and half Drs offices. The ER is okay, but the Doctors side is so bad. I would never, ever recommend Dr Le or the unprofessional staff here - you are just a number. Life tip, if you want a good MD, do NOT use one that is a member of a big medical chain.
Great docs! Front office terrible. Especially as to answering phone in the morning. Expect to hold for a long time.
If i can gave these people a 0 review Id do it.so don't ever go here for a emergency.i came to the door which was locked and came trough the ambulance side of the building got the attention of a medical staff there with my Wife in my arms.for them to only give me attitude about not going through the front entrance. I could tell from there expressions that they were not interested in helping my wife so. Had to drive to another hospital while she was Losing consciousness and short of breath in my car. Don’t come here if you really care for your loved ones.take them to a real hospital.
Horrible service from this Dr.office. I have called up there 4 days in a row to get a prescription called in for me and they still have not completed it. They keep sending it to the wrong pharmacy after telling them multiple times that specific pharmacy does not have the medication and another prescription needs to get called in to a different pharmacy. Not sure how hard it is to get this correct. Hopefully I won't have to call them for the 5th day in a row. Highly recommend NOT going to this office.
I just got off the phone to try to book an appointment. The receptionist/office staff kept referring to MEDICAID, because according to her (per her words), she just “assumed based on my voice. ”

Great Doctors office! The staff are super friendly! I had an issue with my pharmacy and had to call the office to get it resent over and they sent it over right away! Now I won't be late with my prescription lol, thanks so much to everyone there!:)
