I love Dr Meyer and staff, however y'all could do better with his new office there on Bosque felt like we were in supply closet

Dr. John David Myers and his nurse are amazing. They always go above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care of.

I did my annual today. And it was my first time doing an annual check up. I had Ms. Grant, and she was super nice. I would go back to her again. Anything I had questions about she answered.

I love my doctor, however I find it unprofessional and inappropriate for the front desk to announce your balance that insurance did not cover. Asking for the copay or what is due at your visit is understandable. Anything else should be dealt with by the billing office.

This is the best Doctor’s office we have ever been patients at. And imho, our doctor is the very best.

This review is solely based on those I was in contact with, so there may be a few good mixed in with the bad I was fortunate enough to deal with.

I met with Dr. Sherry Celete Spacek-Llanas regarding a few issues I was having and my first initial impression was less than positive, but I continued to see her. Her bedside manner was nowhere near where it needed to be considering she is fresh out of school. Never once smiled, and never made an attempt to connect with me as a patient. I continued to see her because I know there are different personality types and figured she was good enough to make it through medical school so she must be good.

Every discussion after that was the same and never really helped me with any of my issues because she didn't take the time to listen. She requested that I see someone else in the building for a second opinion and I agreed just because this is not my area of expertise.

I met with the second opinion that their office setup and assumed this other person would be in my network because it was in the same building and office. I suppose this was on me because I should have asked this when they setup my appointment rather than assuming the office would look at my insurance they have on file and check before making any appointments.

Several hundred dollars later, I am still running into brash behavior and they refuse to setup automatic refills on medication that every other doctor's office considers normal.

After several instances I consider to be poor customer/patient service I am finding my medical assistance elsewhere.

For those that work well with that type of personality, this place may be great for you. For the many others that find it very difficult to work with, I HIGHLY recommend you keep on looking for someone or somewhere else.

They are efficient and either solve the basic problems or sent you to a specialist who can. Friendly and caring.
