I was told there was no wait, pulled in couple minutes later. Waited 15 mins. I was charged higher than office visit (signs state multiple places they don’t) went in due to primary not having appt till following day. I went in for two related conditions (one made other worse) was told they could only treat 1. When I questioned said I had A but now I feel worse because B. Tech said well we can only treat one so pick. I complained and she stormed out of room and said someone else would help me. I had to wait close to hr in room after

Manager released my PHI without my permission. Staff is very very rude and unprofessional.

The staff there is very pleasant to be around and super helpful. I made an appointment ahead of time and they were able to take care of my needs in no time at all when I arrived. I'm definitely choosing them for all my personal medical care.

I walk in at 6: 30 and they told me they are not talking anymore patients. Why they have a big sign outside walk-in welcome…. From 8: 00 7: 30 pm

If you're a walk-in, there can be a bit of a wait, but the staff is great and knowledgeable. The doctors seem to truly care.

Terribly incompetent and horrible service! My son was running a fever and brought him in to wait 45 minutes for the girl to figure out how to verify the insurance. I was the only person when i arrived and over that time about 30 people arrived and went back to see a doctor while i waited. After she got the insurance verified, you would think they would call you immediately but no another 30 minutes. I became the last person in the room after she got my insurance verified. I waited and when no one was called for another 15 minutes i just called it quits and went to ascension providence clinic. In and out 45 minutes -1 hour everytime! We won’t be returning ever again and if you are wise you would spend your time somewhere else as well.

The clinic inside is really good trying to help anything on the phone is a major problem. Needs to be improved can’t get a hold of anybody and they don’t have the time know what’s going on.

In regard to Gregory A. Newman DO. I went here tonight for strep for my son and we have dealt with this recently and it’s going around my sons school. I know how he reacts with medications due to past infections and my wife being a practitioner. We requested augmentin as he normally has best results with this. The doctor states there is an amoxicillin shortage (same fam) and he won’t prescribe it. (I know there isn’t a shortage as we just got it two weeks ago no issue for previous strep infection). However, the doctor prescribes it for me the adult (why if shortage) and gives my son a much less effective antibiotic cefdinir in the treatment of strep. Turns out we go to the pharmacy and plenty of amoxicillin and augmentin… no cefdinir… that’s the one with the shortage. It was obvious after speaking with the doctor their practices are not current standard as amoxicillin is recommended. No idea why so much resistance.

We were told to take our kid here that they stay open till 7: 30. We show up at 6: 30 and my sick kid was denied service because “they had reached their max capacity for the day”. In all my years, I have never heard of max capacity when visiting a doctor or having a clinic deny a 7 year old sick child service. How does one clinic refer to this clinic without having a disclaimer that they might be at max capacity for the day? I would have preferred to give them a -5 star. It is apparent that all their responses to the other negative reviews are insincere when they obviously have not improved their service based on those negative reviews. So I will shout it to the rooftops that an hour before closing time they denied medical services to a 7 year old sick child.

Fantastic experience every single time. I've been going to this clinic since it opened. I am always treated with respect by the office staff, nurses, and providers. And I'm never in the waiting room for long.even when I am a walk-in. My primary care physician is here. He always carefully listens to me. I also go here for walk-in services (ex: sinus infection, strained back, etc). Try them out! You won't be disappointed!
