HORRIBLE place. They don’t care about patients. Erika at the front desk on specialty side is so rude will be finding a new doctor.

One of your employees is an awful person and probably shouldnt have the responsibility to care for others

Absolutely great care and service. My daughter had a cleft lip repair, going into the process was very difficult for me and I was very on edge about the process. However Dr. Czerwinski was very helpful In explaining the process and procedure and in my opinion the best plastic surgeon at the hospital. You can barley tell my daughter went through surgery very clean line and hardly noticeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Horribly inefficient Clinic, took us 9 months to get a ABR test scheduled. Constantly cancel appointments short notice usually couple hours prior to appointment. Finally get the test done they went ahead and molded hearing aid that would be needed (great) scheduled us for a appointment 2 months later (told this is to get the hearing aids) check in at the front desk they say it's for a hearing test. Why would we need another hearing test? Then it turned into a this is what the hearing aids do and what color would you like. Why wasn't this done 2 months ago? Why do people need to take off work to chose a color and be sent home? This is a phone call/email not wait 2 months to pick a color. Now we are waiting for them to recheck insurance (again something that could have been done 2 months ago) now we wait for the hearing aid to be ordered hopefully this is our last appointment here.

I will not take my babies anywhere but mcclanes. They have been amazing. My wait time is hardly any at all. The Doctors are so caring as well.

The staff at this hospital are wonderful especially the PICU staff. A special thanks to Allie and Linda. Too many to name, but every single nurse, doctor, and staff member have been absolutely amazing to my son and our family.

I have a 1 month old. We went for her 1 month check up and waited 45 min in a room and didn’t see a doctor. Rescheduled for a week later.they call me 20 min past my appointment time. Had to reschedule again due to conflicting appointments. I’m beyond annoyed. She’ll be two months before she can see a doctor for her one month check up! Do better!

I just left there with my daughter. The wait was two hours even though my pediatrician sent me there and even called ahead of time. The doctors were very patronizing. Even were wrong about images that had been seen. I felt like we weren’t welcome. When I said we should just go home they acted like it was no big deal. They could care less.

Brought my son for his well checkup everything went well and very fast. Charlene is the one who assisted me and she is the most welcoming and sweetest person.

We had the best experience you can have for needing to visit a hospital. The doctors and nurses were friendly, professional, and competent. Dr. Moore was extremely helpful and even called us afterwards to check up on our child. I highly recommend all active duty with children use this versus the on post option as this is covered by tricare and alot better

I don't know why they have only three stars and I truly hope my review boosts their star rating. McClanes Children Hospital is absolutely amazing. Their staff is very sweet and caring. Thank you for a pleasurable experience.

Not impressed so far. Called to check on a referral on June 12th, was told the referrals for the week before were still being looked at that turn around time is usually 5-7 business days. Today, 10 business days later still haven't heard and can't reach the referral department by phone. Referral was sent in on June 7th.
