Kylie is a great therapist who designs achievable exercises that challenge but don't frustrate. She has worked with me to move me closer toward my goals. I appreciate Kylie and her knowledge and dedication!

Great service and care. From front desk to the therapists, they are very caring and knowledgeable. The therapists go the extra mile to figure out the best approach for your condition and give each client clear information to help with their healing journey.

All the therapist there are all very good, explains all procedure before you begin. Answer all your questions and are by your side the whole time. Would recommend anyone there.

This Physical Therapist is amazing. She listens and cares. When I say she listens I mean she hears what I say and takes it into consideration with my care plan, and she listens to hear my joints. I have never had a physical therapist who took such time and care to make me as strong as I can be. I have had hips issues since 2017 when I broke my hip and I have tried several different therapist, Kylie is the only one I have taken the time to write a review. There is something different and wonderful about her approach. If you are in pain I would highly recommend her! Thank you Kylie and I look forward to getting stronger with you!

My physical therapist is Toby. I like how he listen too you so he can make the best plan for you. I have only been going for about 2 to 3 weeks but you know that you have the right physical therapist just by there interaction with

Toby was a wonderful doctor. He went out of his way to fully explain the problems I was going through and was very responsive to my pain level - working with me and adapting our conditioning schedule as needed.

I came here to get therapy after my rotator cuff repair in 2017 and also when I was having dizziness problems in 2022. Both times the therapists were extremely knowledgeable and were able to give me the tools to get me back to where I needed to be. Both were very compassionate yet focused on exactly what I needed to come back from my surgery and later my inner ear problem. I highly recommend Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation.

Joelle Lebeau was my Physical Therapist for 9 weeks following surgery for a broken patella. She was fantastic at pacing me, while challenging me to do my best. When I was having problems, she could feel what was happening and spent time helping me work through the issues. The exercises she sent home with me helped me progress faster. Her warm personality was very professional, and made everyone feel welcome. As the manager, she kept things running so smoothly. I liked the way the staff cleaned the equipment and followed COVID protocol.

Great rehab plan explained professionally, Right on time. Extra effort by her to redress bandage. Aggressive where possible and good recognition of limits. Really excellent experience.

My therapy experience at BSW was outstanding and Joelle is a first-rate therapist. Since my injury involved not only my back, but also something going on in my abdomen (still awaiting CT-scan results on that), Joelle was careful to craft exercises that would not aggravate the abdominal situation. She was very gentle and I appreciated that. Would not hesitate to return here if need arises or if I need more back therapy once abdominal problem resolved.

I am very pleased with my time at the BSW Rehab. Morenike B is wonderful and very professional. She is very aware of what I can and can not do until I can get rid of this neck brace but my time there is never wasted. She has me doing things just to get my neck and shoulder muscles going again.

Krystal Rosario-Perez, PT at BSW OP - Garland Does an awesome job. She has been helping me through the rehabilitation process and she is very knowledgeable.

Krystal was very thorough in finding out where it hurts and what kind of therapy I may need to alleviate the pain without meds/surgery. We're just waiting on my insurance respond to get started. Krystal is very kind and gentle.

It really helps me to improve movements for my knee and gains my confidence from falling. Therapist is a big help. Thank!

I've been a patient there about 3 years ago and again in 2020 and 2021.3 different therapist and all of them were great. They were all very caring and knowledgeable and listen well to what I have to say. I would recommend them any time to anyone.

The guys here are very professional and helpful. The staff work well together and treated me with with respect. The sanitation was great and the social distancing was strictly observed. Will be going back for my total knee rehab. I feel very comfortable there. The therapist are very knowledgeable.
