Deb, Josh and Rachel were very helpful during my 8 weeks at BSW. They helped me come up with an at-home plan to continue to manage my shoulder pain, and provided insightful answers to any questions that I had during my PT. I would recommend BSW to anyone in the Austin area who is in need of physical therapy.

Josh was great and took the time to develop a home exercise program that I could manage. He also answered all of my questions.

The clinician who administered the test, was informative, friendly, and answered all my questions. He also had a great sense of humor!

Josh, Megan, And Austin all provided excellent care while I rehabilitated my shoulder. They were fantastic at relating to their patients, explaining the treatments they were doing, and getting the muscle back to full strength. Devin at the front desk was also fantastic. I couldn’t recommend them all more.

Josh and Austin were both awesome to work with as they helped me through a very locked up back and the neglected impact from a torn meniscus. They were easy to work with and extremely helpful.

Austin is very professional. He listens to me if something is not comfortable. He pushes to encourage me.

Came to them with partially torn posterior tendon in area where already had long history of injury, pre-existing nerve and tissue damage. From initial intake session to discharge, the team here took a comprehensive, “long term” fix to my injury. Not only was my original weakness due to the tear addressed, but so was the overall mobility and lack of sensory feedback taken on. Josh and team were always caring and made my rehab a throughly positive and comfortable process. No rushing, very calm environment and none of that “big hospital” or “too busy to pay attention to my problem”. No hamster wheel approach from this location!

I’ve been working with Austin C.for five weeks to pre hav a torn ACL before my surgery. I will also be doing months of post- hab with Austin here too. Working with BSW has been wonderful. My trainer set goals for me at our first visit for full rotation of movement and at our last visit we measured my knee rotation and met our pre hab goal. He’s also given me homework to do in my own time so that I can be stronger and move easier and grow outside the rehab center. I am very grateful for the work that this crew puts in for their patients, and just all in all it’s a very positive environment and it seems all the clients there just have the best things to say about who they work with.
