Excellent in care, communications, specialties and individualizing me as a patient! Simply the best, better than all the rest as Tina Turner song says! Love them

I’m so super happy that I decided to have my speech therapy done at the Terrell location. It’s convenient to get to and all the staff is friendly and accommodating. My therapist Shelby is FANTASTIC! She is very thorough and takes the time necessary for me to get the exercises down. I’m already improving so much after two sessions. I’m also sending my mom here for her knee because they do it all here. I definitely recommend it here!

Everyone at the Voice Center was helpful and friendly. My telehealth visits with Shelby Diviney, CCC-SLP have been very helpful. She is nice, thorough, and dedicated!

Terrible terrible terrible. I was injured at work in July. Got authorization and refferral for 6 sessions of Physical therapy, and a follow up on 8/8 to see if I needed surgeory. The entire time not being able to fully work and in pain. They kept saying, "we havent got authorization yet.etc.etc. " Finally they "got" the authorization on 8/7, and the first they were able to schedule me for was 8/16. The scheduler scheduled me for Occupational therapy instead of physical therapy (despite what the doctor orders clearly stated). So I show up for my appointment, and they had scheduled me for occupational therapy. So they said they needed a new referral and authorization. So I waited, called, waited, called.and nothing. Finally I went up there. They said, "we dont know what happened because we have the authorization for your physical therapy since 8/1". So then they had to set me up for physical therapy and couldnt get me in until 8/31. Which means my follow up to see if I was supposed to be having surgeory or what the next treatment would be and possibly go back to work was pushed from 8/8 to 8/15 to 8/29 and will have to be pushed again since they couldnt get me in unil 8/31. Meanwhile, my employer thinks Im milking time off and pressuring me, and the clinic said that they cant seem to do anything for me because theyre "booked". So here I am waiting, not cleared for duty, and they could care less. I requested to speak to a manager or something and they wouldnt let me or give me any kind of number to complain to. Just save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

Tony/Anthony is amazing. He explains how the exercises will help, and he is easy to talk to when I have questions or concerns. He is constantly going over the best course of action in his head. Reminds me of D This is my 2nd time for rehab due to a herniated disk and stenosis in my neck diagnosed in 2020. Rehab has kept me from having surgery, and I am forever grateful. Teresa at the front desk is sweet as can be.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff at this new, well-equipped facility. I will insist on having any future therapy exclusively at this center. My physical therapist, Anthony Springer, really knows his job.and is great to work with. The other PTs are great, as well.

After a complex knee surgery, I didn't feel I would be able to return to my current position as a staff registered nurse at a very busy facility. BUT after my therapy at this Baylor rehab facility I am on my way back to work, feeling better than ever! My therapist was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns and even got additional feedback from his leadership when different issues came up such as pain, hypertension and an unexpected blood clot. The staff are amazing and I owe them a huge THANK YOU for helping me get back to my team and my patients feeling stronger than ever! God Bless the staff at BSW Outpatient Rehab in Terrell, TX!

Mr. Richard Brown is caring and genuinely concerned for his patients to succeed in their rehabilitation. I am blessed to have been sent here for continued support and physical therapy. I know my back pain will improve and I will feel much better once I have put the work in. Thanks to all here at BSW.

At first, I was worried about not making a full recovery, but Jesse’s got me feeling solid!

Would like to say that my experience with PT at BSW OP in Terrell has been nothing but helpful. Everyone that I have had the pleasure of meeting here make me feel they are concerned with me getting the best physical therapy they have to offer. Mohammed Badji my therapist is very professional and caring about my healing process. I requested Mohammed because of the previous therapy I had under him, which I was very pleased with the outcome. The new location is more open and easy to get to. Thank You BSW Op in Terrell, and thanks to Mohammed.
