Highly recommend this BSW Rehab location! I worked with Ashley and could not have been happier with my experience. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable AND she made the time to see me for a very last minute appointment. After just a few minutes of discussion and examination, she pinpointed my problem and ran me through exercises to solve the issue. She did an amazing job explaining the purpose of each exercise and how it played part in my recovery. She also provided thorough instruction on how to do the exercises at home. Highly, highly recommend her!

Matt McCoy at BSW Rehab, Addison, TX, is the best physical therapist I have been to. Matt has tended to me on two different occasions. He is very professional, experienced, and is very good at explaining the exercises he is performing and the reasons why. He has solved my issues each time. I give him five stars without hesitation.

Luke Baker is an amazing therapist. I’d never heard of vestibular therapy prior to sustaining a concussion. Like did a fantastic job of explaining the different evaluation techniques and what exactly happens with a concussion. He put things in very relatable terms. I look forward to another session with him.

Been working with Matt and have never been happier. Been to three different groups in past for other injuries. All bad experiences. Matt is helping with THR and TKR. He will not go easy on you but won't exceed your tolerance and my surgeon is really pleased with progress. Highly recommend. Such nice people. The staff at BSW Rehab are attentive and genuinely interested in my recovery. They have every piece of equipment one needs to be rehabilitated properly. The friendly therapists at the clinic make PT almost fun!

Talk about quick turnaround! Even after my first visit I felt relief from my shoulder pain. Matt McCoy is outstanding - also explaining what he's doing and why he's doing it and what he wants you to do. Great staff and facilities.

Providers exhibit a professional attitude toward treatment expressing genuine concern. They are very knowledgeable of their trade and provide a very humane and personal approach to treatment. Atmosphere is upbeat and positive.

Ashley and the other therapists are very knowledgeable and do a great job explaining what and why they are doing the particular therapies. I highly recommend using them.

The therapist works with you one on one. They do not pass you off to an assistant or aide of some sort. Ashley has been a delight to work with and is incredibly knowledgeable. She explains each exercise in detail and ensures you are doing them correctly. I am delighted I found the Addison location and highly recommend it for your physical therapy needs.

Ashley is amazing! She is very caring and thorough with your treatment and rehabilitation plan. I highly recommend her and the entire staff and facility.

I found the personnel to be very professional. The treatments definitely made a difference. The staff was very professional and did a good job of listening. My only dissatisfaction was with billing. The administrators at the location were very professional and friendly but the central billing call center group was not at all responsive (long wait time to reach them by phone at the 800 number). And they provided inaccurate billing and payment information to the location. So make sure to check with your insurance coverage for accurate and allowable amounts and discounts.

Incompetent staff. Not all on the same page so they’re setting unrealistic expectations to then have no clue “why that person would’ve said that”. Blaming game among staff is really unprofessional

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff! I'm early in my PT process but so glad I discovered this, somewhat hidden, gem. If you need PT, you need to check them out.

Nice Place, convenient to my house, I loved my therapist, Matt. I am so much better after intense therapy. Now if only I can keep it up! LOL

This group knows what they're doing! I saw results within two sessions. The therapists are qualified, caring, and know when to push and when to let up. Luke is personable and makes the work fun. The administrative staff is wonderful, efficient, and welcoming. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to do the work to get better.
