The staff at BS&W Rehab is very professional and I appreciate the care they take with me and others there they are interacting with. I like the fact that I feel listened to and that my plan to get better feels collaborative instead of just a list of things they suggest I do.

Everyone has taken great care of my daughter. This is her second recovery here. Melissa and the PTs are caring, professional, and accommodating. Never any issues.

This is a well-run facility with staff that honestly seems to care about the client's progress and well being.

This facility doesn't respond to phone calls. I left messages quite a few times but no one cared to respond or got back to me.

The environment of the PT center is nice. They have the right tools to work with. Both Sibi and Chris are good. I gained confidence after going there and my pain got reduced. All my queries were answered. Appreciate their patience.

This is THE place for physical therapy or rehab. The team is helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and invested in the patient's overall wellness, not just the injury or healing surgical site. The team is engaging, encourages patients to reach their goals and celebrates patient progress. All this is accomplished with a friendly and professional camaraderie.

They are very friendly. I have been told on each visit what to expect and why we are doing them.

The staff here is exceptional. You are greeted with a smile when you arrive. Each of the therapists engage in great conversation and build your trust. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

If you need physical therapy. This is one of the best places you will find. Absolutely amazing and caring staff.

I have used this facility numerous times over the past seven years for a variety of injuries and conditions, and have found everyone there, from receptionists to therapists, to be welcoming, pleasant, and extremely competent. They all seem to enjoy what they do, and work well together as a team. It is a pleasure to go there for treatment.

Baylor Rehab on Kinwest has served me well after Hip Replacement Surgery at age 82 and recently for shoulder difficulties. I highly recommend this facility

The treatment here is excellent, it is planned to take care of the condition which i have. The facility is well equipped and maintained. My therapist is very helpful and gives me exercises that are helpful and she pays close attention to these and monitors me closely. I am very pleased to have her to work with.

I highly recommend this for physical therapy. The entire staff is helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. My results improve weekly with my PT Sibi.

Everyone at this facility are there to make sure their patients get better. The energy in the place is very positive and I could not recommend it more.
