Baylor Scott & White Roney Bone and Joint Institute - Temple

The medical professionals and staff demonstrate incredible dedication. However, the Roney Bone building and its facilities lack wheelchair accessibility, with no provision for walkers or mobility aids. The absence of automatic doors and limited patient drop-off space creates long wait times, urging early arrival to avoid missing appointments. It's advisable to bring a personal wheelchair due to insufficient availability, and the existing ones require maintenance, especially the faulty locking mechanisms. Additionally, the elevators frequently malfunction, further exacerbating accessibility issues. All very surprising due to how wonderful the staff and Doctors are. I can’t say enough about the level of care and genuine concern and compassion. For a renowned medical facility of this caliber it is a little disappointing that the building was not designed for patients with disabilities to navigate.

Dr Scott Munroe, is the worst Doctor I’ve ever met in my whole life of living. I’ve had the worst experience here I would never go back I would never trust them with my life, being a horrible place to go, I got a surgery done and he did everything wrong, now I’m left with a nonreversible surgery

Don't go here use anyone else but them. They have scammed me out of hundreds of dollars with needless appointments. In my opinion they are thieves milking my insurance company! I would leave 1 star if I could. Do not trust them to provide you with all of the information you need to make an informed decision about your care! I would leave no stars if I could!

Always great, smooth service and short wait times. Dr. Startzman is great. Saw Dr. Washuta as well. Liked them both. Definitely recommend this facility!

Got very sad news, but needed to hear. Good people working there. Shuttle bus drivers was nice too.

Dr. Probe and his staff and Amazing. Always kind and attentive. Everything is explained thoroughly and they take their time with your visit.

Absolutely will NOT use this facility & strongly considering not even using S&W anymore. My son was in the ER over 3 wks ago and fractured his wrist - we were told Ortho would follow-up the next day. I followed up the next day (twice) and was told by both workers (each time) that they have one business day to reach back out to me & we would be waiting the weekend before we heard anything - Monday at the very latest. Would you believe I JUST heard from a worker who sounded as puzzled as me. MONTHS later? ! S&W is slacking and is a JOKE!

Excellent place with superb doctors. My wife has had multiple surgeries from Dr Stahl. He is the man. Dan the man with the magic hands.
