My doctor left without warning. Staff changed way too much. New staff rude and bad bedside manner. Doc himself isn’t bad but the system is. Having to stop up front with everyone else entering the building in a long line of taped off maze a double stroller can’t walk through let alone seeing specialists for injuries, pain, pediatrics and they’re always rude, no cheerfulness, and they take forever. They want all your personal information repeated out loud where everyone and anyone can hear is ridiculous. Last straw fighting to get my stroller through their barricaded rope maze is ridiculous to get to my appointment in pain mgmt for nerve blocks and they tell me I’m not checked in to go back and do it again after already running my card. Then instead of calling to see what issue was and fixing it they took another patient back instead. I hate it here.
Eta NOW after calling someone else back instead of checking my check in, they say I’m checked in. And how they just can’t help anything and nothing is their fault. I effing can’t. The ONLY thing bsw has done was handled my stillbirth delivery with kindness. The rest I’ve given entirety too much grace for that one kindness. Seeking a better run clinic not overwhelmed with staff who actually care and not doing the least.
Don’t bother with patient advocacy. They don’t answer, don’t call back and they don’t make you aware if your issues are resolved. Their door is locked and only one person in office when I went in person due to very poorly care and unprofessional issues.
ETA NEVERMIND the incompetent new front check in staff didn’t correctly process my payment and I’m still sitting here so they can “check” why they didn’t process it. They cause you to be late for your appointments and won’t see you even if the line was the the fault. I shouldn’t have to get here anymore earlier than appts say because of their lines and slow unable staff.
Oh and also because online it says “closed” until 8…. 7am appointments have no manager here and I’ve been waiting 40 mins past my appointment time.

The women who work at this location are rude. Especially in the cardiology department. This apples to the women behind the desks and who take the appointment phone calls.
I’m about ready to look for different cardiologist so I don’t have to deal with any of these ladies. Seems like there’s no human compassion in the world anymore.

I had an appt today and was made to feel less than and that I was wasting the physicians time. I assumed I could get a heart check up, similar to a check up I had a few years ago,
due to underlying issues but I guess things has changed. My primary care doctor referred me. I wonder does he treat all of his patients this way. He doesn’t have to waste his time with me as I will not be returning

Had to change pediatricians due to COVID (from another Killeen location). The security guard when you first enter isn’t ever friendly (I’ve visited this building multiple times).
In terms of care, I saw Reyes & she was friendly, considerate & overall listened to what I had to discuss. The person checking my daughters vitals isn’t friendly either and has always seemed in a rush but the receptionists are always friendly & welcoming.
I filled out surveys that Scott & White send after each visit too.

Took my child in to see her because the regular doctor wasn’t available. He had shots a day previous and had a rash from the injection. I explained he had not had any rashes before that. She then proceeded to explain it could be the soap I was using. I didn’t change soaps and it was very obvious timeline wise that it was from the injection he had gotten. She wasn’t concerned and kept going back to either change in soap or detergent I was using for myself which hadn’t changed. Didn’t listen to concerns just came up with her own thoughts about it without me indicating any of that was true. I wouldn’t waste my time with this provider if you are looking for answers to problems that have occurred. Very uninterested.

They have always been wonderful to me. It is very busy, so you must be prepared for that. Best weighting area, very kind, but you have to be too!

Every time I come here for an appointment, the wait is soooooo long. If my appointment is @ 1: 20pm & “I am your first patient of your shift” then why has 20 minutes went by and I still haven’t been seen? It’s been a year plus since I’ve been here & now I’m realizing why I haven’t been back in such a long time. This happens EVERY TIME even when I was getting seen while I was pregnant. Horrible.

I go to the Pulmonary Clinic. I see Dr. Tyagi for a few years now. He is fantastic, he is very caring and will take his time. He is the Best.
Sometimes my appointment has to be changed, do to the doctors have to work in the ICU but I understand with the time we live in.

If you going to be in the Healthcare field understand you chose this job for a reason. Don't belittle people or talk down to them about there needs or get bent out of shape when they try to tell you something is not working. Everyone is different and has different needs, different degrees of pain and remember it takes less than a second for you to be in my place so think about that next time you open your mouth

Unable to see my pulmonologist in six months now. According to them all pulmonologist have been rescheduled to work in the Covid ICU ward. Scott and White the largest hospital in the area can not see their regular patients.

Everyone on the phones is very rude. First off my momma always taught me that you are to greet people by their name with a good morning, afternoon, or good night, which I did and it was not reciprocated. I called to have a prescription refilled, and was sent down a rabbit hole, Kathy the pulmonary nurse didn't seem to want to help me, & seemed annoyed with me when I was trying to explain the situation, even while I was giving her the name of the prescribing doctor, & the name of the medication. People should learn to treat other adults with better manners. Not to mention that their co-pays are ridiculous for such a facility, & part of these co-pays go to the rude nurses, & staff.

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting mine and my children's time. The nurse practitioner who saw my youngest daughter for her first visit didn't take my concerns about her allergies seriously, she seemed annoyed when I was explaining my concerns with her. I kept asking her about getting an allergy screening, but she was hesitant at first. She said they normally don't test until after age 4 for allergies. I had to keep explaining her symptoms and reactions for her to agree at the end of the appointment. Then to find out no appointments were available for allergy testing until January 25th. It was quite frustrating. I had an appointment for my oldest to get her depo shot, and well visit they called me to cancel the day before her appointment, and told me to reschedule with an obgyn. Obgyn doesn't have any appointments until a month out. I don't get the feeling that patient care is a priority with this clinic, so I'll look elsewhere for better care, and service. So disappointing.

I loved going to this clinic for my child when I first moved into the area the NP is very polite and knowledgeable, and very interactive with her patients my only concern is when a problem was brought to her attention I had been blown off the first time due to the age of my child.then the second time when addressing the same concern I was my suggested to change my parenting style and for my child to see a Psychiatrist, after that didnt work I became fraustrated and request to involve the pediatrician and was basically told 2 hours prior to the appointment that it would take mutiple appointments to address my child's ADHD concerns because after specifically stating what the appointment was needed for prior to scheduling. I was only scheduled for a 15 minute appointment

I'm really glad I didn't read these reviews before I started taking my son to this clinic. We have had a wonderful experience every time. We have been coming here for almost three years and I wouldn't want my daughter to go any where else.

We lost his first provider during COVID, she was amazing. However the first appointment with Dr. Reyes let me know they would be in good hands.

The receptionists and nursing staff is always respectful and courteous. Every time I have had to take my children in for a concern I was able to get them in same day. I love the Hemingway building and the care they provide for my children.

Had a appointment yesterday and was asked at last minute if it can be a video call. No problem. Was told a link would Be sent to my phone. 15 minutes after my initial appointment time I called and was informed the dr was finishing up with a another client. No problem. Another 20 mins go by a nurse calls me and tells me she’s sending a link. I get the link and wait another 40-45 mins in a video chat lobby with no message or call. I called twice to make sure I wasn’t forgotten but all of a sudden they aren’t answering and I’m getting sent to voicemail. After my last attempt I left a voicemail. I was not seen nor contacted back. Waited 2 months for this appointment for my asthma that continues to put me in the hospital. I don’t recommend this place at all!

6 months ago i went in to ENT to get a deviated septum.i still have a hard time breathing.just looking inside my nose you can tell almost nothing has been done.i spent total of 4000 dollars out of pocket for the whole process (total cost is around $20,000.insurance paid) just to breath slightly better.they should have done a x ray first so we know what we are looking at.don't come here they will tell you what you want to hear, so they can get your money.

What’s the point in making an appointment when you don’t keep the times. People make appointments because they have taken time out of their day to schedule it at a time that works for them. Some people don’t have to time to sit and wait for an hour passed their scheduled time. Then when they check on what the hold up is get some rude smart remarks about needing to be patient and that they are backed up like it’s your fault they are running an hour behind. Unprofessional.

I just love Baylor Scott & White, and what a blessing to have the specialty clinic. I love my Drs there. They're very professional, knowledgeable, and loving. The other personal including the nurses treat u with excellent bedside manner. I really feel good after I leave. In this time of the pandemic being overflowed with caring for patients, fitting u in. I don't mind waiting on the best of care.
