Horrible. Been waiting 5 months for a refund of an overpayment. Have called over 30 times, and had my request for refund sent in writing. Even my insurance company sent a letter in my behalf asking to refund the extra money they charged me. They aren’t returning my calls, my messages and my next step is to contact the attorney generals office. This happened with two surgeries I had here. I cannot imagine the amount of credits and overpayments they are sitting on. They are thieves and I would literally go anywhere else. You will never see your money again. I will be pursing legal action. They have 30 days to return an overpayment according to Texas law. There will be a big audit coming your way

Ms. Gina was my pre-op/post-op nurse and was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and was attentive whenever I needed anything. Thank you Ms. Gina!

Received a voicemail the day before surgery telling me when to arrive. Showed up the day of surgery paid my deductible and sat in the lobby. A nurse eventually came out and said oh didn’t you get the message? Your surgery time was pushed back two hours do you want to go home? Of course, nobody ever actually called me and the day of surgery was a bit of a fiasco in terms of timing. My claim to my insurance wasn’t submitted for 2 1/2 months and so I gave them money that should have gone to other providers. Getting response from the surgery center was painful. Was told to call the office manager and I left her a voicemail and never received a call back, I was told by my surgeon to just stop by and all anybody at the desk and say was oh I think I remember you, yeah, your refund has gone through one of the layers of approval. I didn’t take any approval to take my deductible, but not submit the claim

I had a partial knee replacement by Dr. Brian Fuller. He is a wonderful doctor and I'm so glad I found him. I had a terrible experience in the past with anesthesia. Dr. Perkins called the night before, actually listened to and addressed my concerns, reviewed it all the next day and I felt very comfortable and safe. The staff (Olivia in pre-op, Joi in OR and John in recovery) were professional and compassionate. I was the last patient left and John never made me feel rushed or pushed me to do the things required for discharge until I was ready. Overall it was a wonderful experience if you have to have surgery.

Thank you to the dream team at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Carrollton for the care they gave me. The nurses, doctors and others were professional, experienced, very warm, comforting and helpful. The facility is quite nice. Another exceptional Baylor system experience. Susan H.
