I absolutely have to brag about the exceptional experience that I have had with The Shoulder Center and in particular Dr. Butch Krishnan and staff. I recently had my own surgical procedure, with Dr. Krishnan, on Monday of this week. Dr. Krishnan took the time to understand my issue, address it appropriately and continues to stay engaged with the post operative recovery process. The staff have been kind, compassionate and attentive. From the front desk to the back office, I have been very well cared for. Special kudos to the entire team. Job well done guys- thank you!

Dr. Krishnan pretended to be nice and concern. Told me I had a torn rotator cuff and he was to have to do surgery! But first he has to do a nerve study and another test! After I did those test he said I’m going to start you on steroids/send you to therapy for thirty days you have swelling! Then therapy stop because my pain was horrible. But I was told Dr. Krishnan does not like to do injections. So he takes more X-rays then he tells me he thinks it’s my neck. The only reason he thinks that is he looked at my records saw I had neck surgery and see I have some things wrong with my neck! The red flag had already sent up especially with me and my medical back. He thought I was a dummy I played the game with him. So he sent me to take more unnecessary tests and tells me I’m going to send you back to the surgeon that did your neck surgery! You don’t have a torn rotator cuff. Now if anyone can read it says it in black and white I have two tears. Yes I have neck issues but that’s been like that for years. So when I go to surgeon he looked at my test results! Nothing major has changed on my neck, he’s not going to take a risk of doing any surgery on my neck. But he said yes you do have a couple of tears in your rotator cuff and he gave me the name of a Doctor. When I went to the new shoulder Doctor he apologizes for what I went through and explained the tears, arthritis, swelling and everything else. If Dr. Krishnan can’t get the amount of money he wants from the insurance company he lets you go! Otherwise he will rip you off! He’s about money! You have to go to his pain Doctor of choice, his testing center of choice, his friend do the nerve test! Everything is a money scheme to him! He don’t give injected but he loves to do surgery! Money oh Money!

I have had 2 previous shoulder repairs and one did not work so I was done! Then I found out about Dr Krishnan from my 89 yo mother who had a shoulder replacement by him and did wonderful! I was determined and at first visit I told him that by end of 2022 I wanted 2new shoulders and by 8/2022 I had them and so grateful for all that is about his practice! It's all about His expertise and kindness but also his amazing staff! My friends are amazed at my quick recovery! Back playing golf after 8-10 weeks for each shoulder! Thanks so much you are truly a Godsend in time of trouble! Don't settle for crummy shoulders! Go to Dr Krishnan!
