Well Lady was nice but the gentlemen 100% RUDE
My husband got it cause he seen on a broucher they had Jacuzzi as said on the flyer THAT WAS A LIE!
JUST LURING PEOPLE FOR WITH A FAKE PROPAGANDA!
He needed 1queen or 1king bed he got 2 beds
SO UPSET IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT

The staff here was some of the nicest people I've met working at hotels and I travel for work so that says a lot. The room was comfortable and the location was great because I was there for a few days and there was a lot of variety in places to eat in the area. I will be back.

You get what you pay for.
Older rooms, weed smoking patrons, fair service.
Good location, friendly staff, free hot breakfast.
Forget the website information, most of it is wrong.

Everything smells like pot, service is good and they switched out rooms but the whole first floor and rooms smelled like pot.

This place is so bad, I found it humorous. I did not feel safe here but I stayed because it was close to where I needed to be in the morning.

The room was filthy. The carpet was so old and saturated that it felt wet. All surfaces looked uncleaned.

Crumbs were in the drawers by the microwave. Who knows how long they were there.

Yes, it's very outdated but clearly no one is checking to see if rooms are actually being cleaned. Other guests were complaining while I was checking in which should have been a red flag.

On the brightside, all of the folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I would have given more stars for that but I don't want to increase the number of the stars overall on this review because this place needs to be demolished.

I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Most of these reviews are from people who naturally cause trouble and take their problems from place to place. The staff is friendly and kind to friendly people and the rooms are maybe outdated but clean and comfortable. This is not a do what you want hotel. Smoking in rooms is prohibited which when addressed gets a bad review. So to maintain a safe environment for guest, the policies are enforced with integrity. There are long term guest at this property that's on property for months at a time occasionally with no complaints. The area is safe and the lighting has been upgraded in the parking areas for additional guest and property safety.

Room was clean and maintained well. Ambience was good and the rates were reasonable.
Breakfast was horrible. There were hardly few items.was a mess and have to wait in a queue for self preparing the waffles!

This is probably the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen.
We walked in to dead roaches on the floors, water leaking from bathroom ceiling and mold. Old, dirty bed and furniture. A musty odor. We didn't even want to sit on anything.
We were able to get a different room on the 2nd floor which was a little cleaner, but more of the same thing.

That whole building is just really old and nasty. No elevator, with a dark and sketchy parking lot. The whole vibe of this place is bad and just had a dark energy.

We got out there right away and got a different hotel. I didn't even care if I would've lost the money. There was just no way. Good thing the front desk guys were cool though.

The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the guys at the front desk were cool and accommodating as they could be. They did try to get us a better room and I was able to cancel and get a refund. But DO NOT STAY HERE!

This is a great low budget hotel option near Westheimer and NRG stadium. The neighborhood is a little rough but the property is secure, clean, and safe. The rooms are large, old and a bit outdated but clean and accommodating. Rooms have microwave, refrigerator and sink. Hotel staff were polite upon check-in, snack purchase and check-out. We didn't eat but there is free breakfast. Wheelchair accessible entry, room, bathroom and shower.

My husband and I were disappointed with severel things. The room they gave us initially was halfway done. The bed had no sheets and there was a left over food paper bag. We did get another room but the carpet was very dirty. The bathtub had a a broken part. The rooms need to be upgraded or at least get some very deep cleaning. The location was not ideal either, the building next to this one is abandoned. It's a shame because we come for medical treatment at MD Anderson and we need a clean environment to sleep in unfortunately this hotel doesn't have that and for that reason we will not stay here again.

Had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. Front desk staff needs to be trained immediately on customer service. Rooms are not properly cleaned and the carpets are smelly. I would not recommend this hotel if you are traveling with children due to the activities that take place on property. If you have no other choice and you have to stay at this hotel for a night or two, just prepare yourself. Also wipe and sanitize everything before use.

I usually don't write reviws because I'm really busy but I have to advise guests who are looking to stay here PLEASE DON'T. First of all there are crackheads sitting in the front before you walk in. Then the rooms are smelly and nasty, moldy and have roaches in them. If you have had better (which doesn't take much) you would know better. Then worst of it all, I came around the corner and caught one of the front desk clerks fratnizing with my husband. I then started to speak with my husband about it and she then interrupted us and started yelling at me. Words were exchanged (she is at work) then she locked me out of my room and would not let me get my things out. My husband even tried but I guess her ghetto ways were already out of control. I called the police and corporate office. PLEASE DON'T GET CAUGHT UP and let the disrespect happen to you. If I could have given it a zero that was what it deserved. Don't be fooled by the pictures. It doesn't look anything like that. WOW. It was a very bad experience

I would never stay here. They took my deposit because of urine “ in the carpet “. Praying for this business leadership.

I typically stay at Wyndham hotels because of low prices.

I chose this hotel based off of location, price, pool, reviews and breakfast.
The WESTCHASE District was very clean and well manicured.
This property is very dated but, in my opinion, is also well maintained considering it’s age.
When I arrived the front desk lady was super sweet and her appearance was very professional.
As my sister and I come back inside with luggage she says “oh my, we don’t have an elevator! ”
She scurries around the desk and says “Do you need help? ” LOL even another guest tried to help us!
The staircase was quite large and really a few steps (GOOD EXERCISE & very vintage) I kept laughing that it was like the Titanic.
My room was clean. Sheets were clean. There were no bugs in my room 209 the RR could use a little renovation but it was clean. Dove products offered.
BREAKFAST: hot breakfast was offered which I always looks for in a hotel. Sausage, cheese omelet and waffles. Cold cereal hot cereal whole and 2% milk, yogurts and breads.
POOL: the pool was nice. NO one was in it in this 100+ degree weather.it is 3 feet on both ends and 5 feet in the middle. It seemed a little deep. The water was blue and clean. The HOT TUB has been removed. The pool area seems to have been renovated recently, it in is great condition.
PARKING: I will say the parking lot AND the whole block might have a “loitering” issue but also I will add I DID NOT feel unsafe during my stay here!
There is an ihop, sea food and whataburger all in walking distance.
I would also LOVE TO ADD they had recycle bins around the hotel

The front desk lady, Denise was absolutely AMAZING as well as David. The maintenance guy Rich was always extremely friendly and asked several times if there was anything we needed. All the staff were very friendly and chipper.
Overall, my 1 week stay was a good experience. Id stay there again.
There's 1 thing I didn't think was very acceptable: people outside in the pool area smoking weed in the presence of children and other hotel guests. Also, people sitting on the bench right outside the main door smoking weed. Not everyone wants to smell that as soon they walk in or out the door.

Hotel is dated, bathroom needs update, only 2 story, but location is fairly safe and close to many restaurants, pool is a bit dirty, the price is very affordable.

When I checked in there was, what looked like coffee, splattered on the wall and left to run down before drying. The rooms are in disrepair and have blatantly hazardous faults. Carpet and furniture is damaged and stained. They added an extra $61 charge for no reason then lied about refunding the $50 security deposit. This is the place people go to get ripped off.

Very bad service. We stayed from 05/16 to 05/21 and they have not cleaned the room, they did not replace towels, they did not replenish soap, shampoo or conditioner. Appalling.
Only Denisse has been very kind.
