Room was OK. Breakfast was OK. Pool and pool area was dirty. Hot tub was dirty and broken. Front desk lady was really rude and moody from check in till check out - not particularly with me but other customers I observed. Don't ask for extra towels or linens, she will throw a fit.

Michelle the manager is in need of a psyche evaluation and a grippy sock vacation. From the moment we walked into the hotel she spoke down to us and treated us very poorly. We went into the little mini store next to the front desk around 6: 30 pm and she snuck up to the window and said “ Hey I see you sneaking” like what we were standing there waiting for her to come to assist. Seriously a psyche evaluation is necessary.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We paid $145 for one night, thinking it would be a nice stay after seeing other reviews. WRONG. Waste of money. The room looked like it hadn't been dusted in weeks, the rooms had poor insulation so you could hear everything, and other guests in the hotel were loud. On top of that, the shower was BROKEN, so we couldn't even use it! They also had a coffee maker, but no coffee provided, just tea.

We also ate the continental breakfast. I asked one of the employees if there were any more muffins (they had run out), and he said "no, not right now. " The coffee also tasted terrible. Another guest said it "tasted burnt. "

How do you run a business like this? I want my money back!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

We only stayed 1 night, but I would return to stay longer. Room was clean. Carpet and shower surround looked new. Bedding was clean and comfy.

Great place to stay rooms are specious very clean and service is excellent have fitness center, business center, swimming pool, jacuzzi, Hot breakfast, pet friendly enjoyed our stay highly recommended for everyone

Very clean rooms, decent hot breakfast, good pool and hot tub, and fabulous & professional staff. Would stay again!
