7 I live to over a year,
Cheap rent, everytime it rains it floods at the end of my staircase I'm upstairs,
I'm trying to get him to come out, and look at my interior which there's damage due to level in the building.
This apartment complex is the worst I have ever lived in, the people in the office Nichole and Martha do not know how to do there job. I was having some issues I went into the office to talk to them. The manger got in my face told me she felt sorry for people like me. Then she started yelling at me to get out before she called the cops. She told me she was going to evict me. Over trying to straighten out my rent? She then told me it's not her job to inform me of any late fee charges or money owned. When I asked for copies and to see notified she ignored me. So unprofessional the apartments are old and run down. I wouldn't suggest anyone live here this is a nightmare.
I've been living here for many years, the old owners really sucked, so did the staff and the maintenance. I have to say honestly that the new owners, staff, and maint.are awesome! The sweet lady I usually deal with is very nice and she gets things done quickly and without complaints. They should make her Manager of the Apts. PS. The sweet Lady's name is Nichole, you want things to get done talk to Nichole.
Very good place to live. I like that they are making some changes and it is very nice.
Been living here for a 7 years now and seen huge improvements in the apartments, which I was skeptical at first for a while. The staff is really nice had no issues with getting them to get fix or resolved situations. They’ve even started renovations which are making the apartments a lot nicer. In all would highly recommend.
All the apartments are dirty and the workers are smoking in the ones where there are glasses and the ones who teach you smoke cigarettes, they never fix anything and be careful if you apply and it's not ready because when you want to cancel they don't give you anything back, they are super cheap the old women there,
