Discount Tire sent me there for wheel stud repair. Took a bit but they got me all fixed up.

Man, these guys are awesome! I came in from out of town, and had a morning to get it all done, and those guys GOT IT DONE!
For the services I wanted (new pads and rotors & brake fluid flush), I'd been quoted here at home by Midas at "about $500. " These guys got me out the door at $383, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work! 10/10 would recommend and would use again if I need it next time I'm in their area!

Had an alignment done. My car had some vibration and pulled towards the right after having an alignment done at a different place and Baytown Brake fixed the issue.

It's a great shop we use them for all our exhaust work. They have the best prices in and the best exhaust work in Baytown.

The service was great but the price to replace a cat was extreme considering its basically a plug n play process and the vehicle runs like it was never changed. I was reccomended there because apparently they could check if my cat was bad before changing it. But was told they dk how to do it on my vehicle but they could go ahead n replace it either way. Wasnt diagnosed although brake n muffler is their specialty.
I couldve bought an aftermarket american thunder cat and installed for the same price. Id look for other reputable places charging less before taking my vehicle here again. Unfortunately my time constraints didnt allow me to look elsewhere before deciding to just bite the bullet.

Juan and his right hand man did a wonderful job on my car! Told me exactly wats wrong with it and did and excellent job! I will always bring my car to them for front end and brake work! Keep up the good work guys!

Professional group of guys! Rotation and balance was done, in a respectful amount of time.

We’re polite and accommodating and when there was a problem with my wheelchair, they made sure I was comfortable at a nearby restaurant for the duration of the work. Went above and beyond with quality work. Very reasonable price also. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I came to this shop for an alignment on a Thursday around 10 AM and they finally called me to pick up the truck around 4 PM. As I was leaving the shop I turned on Texas avenue and my tie rod fell off my truck. I had to park my truck and walk back to the shop so they could fix it. After they reattached my tie rod I limped my truck back to the shop. They decided they they could not fix my truck that same day and decided to lock it up in the shop. I came back to get my truck the next morning and they moved it out of the way so they could work on other peoples vehicles. I waited 4 hours for them to finally finish my truck. Finally I was able to leave with my vehicle after missing two days of work and countless trips to the shop. I drove my truck home and climbed under to discover they forgot to put on all of my skid plates. If you value your time and money do not use Baytown brake and muffler!

I was supposed to have my oil changed and my brakes inspected.when I arrived at the Etreamly small office Wayne had No zero mask on. The braks we only inspected on the front wheels not the back. I asked for a upgraded oil filter I was told there is only one. It was generic. That filter cloged in 1day.when the oil was put in my NIssan Exterra it was in a two large pitchers he pored in. It was a poor job and if you go in chance Covid 19 also when the mechanic drove my car it was not disenfected at all he wore no mask.

I had taken my truck in to find out what the problem was at a different shop and was quoted an outrageous price yet I was never really shown what the issue was I called around 100 places after that and was greeted by an super honest guy named Kyle on the other end of the line who took a look at my truck showed me the problem and gave me the best quote I had heard in two days I left my truck with him and a gentle man named Juan and they got it in and out in one day and my truck is back on the road and I don’t feel like I’ve been abused by the pricing they have most definitely gained a loyal customer Kyle was amazing from the first phone call it’s hard to find a honest mechanic these days! But these guys were amazing I would recommend them to anyone with vehicle issues or even for a simple brake change! You just can’t go wrong! Thanks again guys for everything. You’re a true blessing to a single mom!

After reading the reviews I decided to stop by due to ABS & traction lights, problem was diagnosed & he broke dowm costs of the issue. My warranty agreed to cover the repairs only after going back & forth with baytown brake. I appreciate the effort that was put into getting my repairs covered & getting us back on the road asap. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional, took them about 2 hours to complete the repairs, and so far the car is driving great! They have gained a new life long customer. I definitely recommend them.
