The girls in the office were great and the doctor very thorough kind and patient with me. It was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Baytown eyecare.

Friendly staff. Doctor kind and thorough. The only problem I had. When I asked for pricing over the phone I was told $60 for my copay. When I get there after they check my eyes. Oh we have to charge $35 as well the insurance don't cover this part. Patients have to pay out of pocket. Something I never had to pay for at other eye doctors. It was always included with eye exams. So price went from $60 to me paying $95.

My very first visit was yesterday and I will definitely be back! The staff were so nice and pateint with me (I blinked a lot during the retinal exam) and Dr. Nguyen was kind, approachable, and thorough. I'm totally happy with my visit here.

Staff was friendly except for one girl at front desk. Optometrist was excellent. Overall service was very good.

The lady that helped me did a very good job and went out of her way to get me everything I needed.
