I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealership. So much, I felt compelled to write a review. I spent a lot of time researching, consulting with other people, and visiting other dealerships- so I had a lot to compare this dealership to. None compared. Kim W.was so easy to work with, she was willing to do a lot of the work via email/calls since I work full time and this dealership was an hour away from me. This made my life so much easier. She was transparent, sent paperwork with details broken out, was quick and overall, just genuine, and nice. The deal she sent me was the exact same deal I saw when I came into the dealership, it was not one just to get me 'in the door. ' There were no surprises. After her I was directed to the finance guru, Ray. He explained everything and as it pertained to my individual credit score and situation. I do not have much credit history built up so he even took the time to explain other ways in my life I can easily build up my credit and get a better APR down the line. One thing to note is I was buying a used car, nothing fancy, and I was still given this level of customer service. I just really appreciated it.

Convenience is the only thing bringing me here. Unfortunately the service department isn’t the best and Lee is fairly unprofessional and borderline rude with his customer/employee interactions.

The final straw for me was the lack of Covid 19 protocols. Almost every single employee was not wearing their mask. In addition the mechanic who drove my car was also not wearing a mask.

My car buying experience at Baytown Hyundai was excellent. Sales Person Roxanne was very helpful and kind to us. This was the fastest in and out buying a vehicle we ever done. Thank You Roxanne we are very happy with our new Santa Fe Sport.

The beginning of my experience at Baytown Hyundai did not turn out like the end of my experience with salesperson KIM.
Somewhere in the middle just before I signed a contract for a 2015 Chevy Impala: the extended warranty part of the deal closing was left off the contract and when I addressed it with salesperson Kim, she seemed agitated and in the beginning she was using my name & after I addressed in closing the extended warranty was not included Kim changed my name to "Well Maam" °~°. Baytown Hyundai is THE place to purchase a car. From stepping onto the lot to leaving in my new car, all parts of the process went by with ease and assurance. The salesman Zain Naqvi was great and helpful throughout all of the steps and let me drive as many models as I wanted before I made a decision. Additionally, the general sales manager, Fiaz Rana, was hospitable and friendly with everyone of his employees and there to answer any questions I had as this was my first car purchase. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Also tried calling the salesman back after we left the dealership and he never returned my call.
