Go see Willy G (Will Greenhouse)! If he can't do it, nobody can! He is absolutely the best in customer service, sales, personal needs and knowledge. This is all together BEST Chevrolet dealer around!

Okay I took 24hrs to relax and reflect on what I am going to write, Saturday me and wife was there with our older daughter looking to upgrade her to a colorado we drive it and everything good then we get the honor to shake hands with the the manager he says we will love to get a chance to do business with you everything good but everything when south and really quick when they bring the offer first thing first I understand that 90% of the dealership are changing extra because they have inventory in this case $2,450
On top of the sticker price I was okay I not going to complain it is what it is, but when they are trying to get $14,000.00 on interest on a 60 months loan, you have questions so you ask what is the % based sales guy could not explain so they bring the finance manager and he sit down and right away says something really disturbing if doing numbers was that easy everyone would be financing there cars by themselves, really we where trying to understand that 10% interest on a $32,400.00 loan equals to $14,000.00 on a 60 month loan and he keep talking to us down like trying to put us down then he said o this is not a fixed loan so that is why those numbers are like that so it made sense at that moment so we stop the transaction at that point, I just purchased a truck on February of this year on a different dealer a 2022 GMC Sierra and I got a fixed loan but this guy said that this is the only way that BayWay Offers we really want it to do business there specially because we are locally but o well

It gets pretty aggravating when you take your vehicle to get serviced for the same thing after being told it has been fixed. I also feel like they take advantage of my wife when she goes alone. I shouldn’t have to go in order for the right servicing to be done to her car. Even the cad buying experience was a hassle. We went in there, told the salesmen what we planned on spending and he still try to Hudson us to pay more. We didn’t budge and got the car we wanted for the price we wanted.

Traded in an unfortunate burden of a car for a new equinox. Demorris cox was very helpful and confident. Definitely helps with decision making when you deal with a salesperson who knows the ins and outs and gets work done quickly and efficiently. Thank you Mr. Cox

The Bayway Chevrolet team is absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to get me in the right car that fit my personality and my budget! Excellent customer service from the entire sales team, service department and management! I highly recommend buying all your cars, trucks and SUVs from this dealership.

Overall sales experience was great. Heather the sales lady was great. However service since then has been well not so great. Forgot some items in my trade in my fault I know but. After days for calling leaving messages and getting no call backs. I showed up today in person and after dealing with the rudest sales man he refused to help and told me to call the person I bought it from then turned his back to me and started watching YouTube. Found someone else who helped me. Gotta say the customer service here since you already sold me a car is a lot to be desired

Unfortunately there is not an option for no stars. DO NOT buy a car from them. Like many dealerships (definitely not all) they trick you into coming in based upon an internet sales price but when you sit down they will add in over 5K in add ons that they say are not optional. The sticker price is NOT the price. This trickery is common in the Houston area but there are many reputable dealerships that are actually honest. I know this, because I went to Conroe and bought a truck the same day as leaving this disastrous place and bought a truck for less than sticker price…. Go figure. Crooks

Bad things:
1. Sale coupon said tire rotation and oil change for X $ amount. No problem, but misleading in my view. With Tire rotation usually comes with balancing as well. When my wife picked up the vehicle she was told that balancing would be another $60ish dollars. Really? Since this is the case I should've only gotten the oil change!
2. When my wife drove the vehicle a warning came on the dash screen. The rear wheels lost their connection to the tire inflation sensor. When the tire changer rotated the tires that person DIDN'T ensure connection. The next day my wife took the vehicle to DISCOUNT tire and they balanced the tires (free) and made the connection to view the pressure (free).

Good things:
1. It was a Friday afternoon and we had not made an appointment. But we are thankful that we were able to be serviced.

Where to begin! I was so impressed by Tesha S. (sorry if I misspelled). I originally stopped to see one price on an SUV, and then she helped me understand the difderent models. Since it was over budget, I ended up leaving. However upon leaving the lot I saw the Chevy Spark and turned around to come back in. She was great at describing the vehicle and I was giddy about how it drove. She was personable, informative, and kind. It was one of the best dealerships we have been to in years! I know we had to wait to speak with finace for about 2 hours, but we were compensated with 2 gas tanks voucher. I am also impressed with how they were willing to get the tint done and allow us to pick on on another day instead of having to find a time for me to get it done (I commute for teaching and it's the kick off for school year).
I appreciate the kindness and respect your location provided ua throughout the whole process. Thank you!

Abraham was very good to work with and negotiate price with. And the financing guy was able to knock another point off my APR and extend my warranty. Very great dealership that is willing to work with you.

I am a truck driver I don't always drive my Silverado, so when I got my oil change at Bayway, I don't know who did the work on my Truck, but they didn't do a good job, now my, filter or drain plug not on and oil all over the place, I really hope they do a better job on reviews on they're employees & mechanics. At least check their certification.

I purchased a 2022 Tahoe from Bayway. I have driven Ford Expeditions since they came out. My last 2 had many issues. I was leery to switch from a vehicle that I was very comfortable with. I love my new Tahoe! Excellent experience. Tesha is very sweet, took her time, and answered all my questions and showed me how to operate everything. Thanks, Barbara, Montgomery, Texas

I recently bought a Beautiful truck from Bayway Chevy. Yes I had some issues like my transmission, door lock motor and brake system. Which made me feel I may have made a bad decision. Yet once I talked to Mr. Kyle he made me feel at ease. I was giving a loaner until they were finished with my truck. I want to say Thank you to Mr. Kyle and Mr. Nick in Service, and I must say When I want another one I’m going back!

I purchased 2016 Chevy 2500 about 3 weeks ago. I have yet to be scheduled for any work promised. Brenda passed me off to Antonio, who was not the signing sales rep. This is ridiculous as there has been ample time to have all things completed! I am leaving town in a few days and then what? The finance department screwed me to the wall. I was not allowed a test drive either! I should not have to call 8-10 times a day to get promised work accomplished. The customer service here is nonexistent! But, Christina is a godsend to this dealership. Give that lady a raise! Christina went above and beyond to find someone who could help. That someone was Trice Ham. He also was very helpful. Christina and Mr. Ham make a great team!

I had been looking for a new vehical for a while. Trailblazers, Equinoxs, Traverses, Explorers, and Edges. We were baited and switched by Davis Chevrolet, not happy with them. Came close to a Trailblazer at Turner Chevrolet, but it was apparently stuck in limbo at Freeport. Everytime I would locate one, it would be sold or still in transit and not available. More in transit than anything with no time limits on any arrival times. Or someone would already have a deposit to hold it for purchase if they were still interested once it came in. The internet does not tell you any of this! We were having no luck anywhere.

On a whim, my daughter started calling on the vehicals I was interested in, trying to locate one that did not have a deposit and was actually present on the lot. She called Bayway Chevrolet and was put in touch with David M.in sales. He was very kind and curtious and looked in his system for her. He stated he was astounded that a truck may have just dropped off a shipment of vehicals without them knowing? The one I specifically wanted was supposed to be on that shipment and he went to look for it! Mind you this was almost closing time for them and their shipments were supposed to arrive in the mornings. When he told us that it was physically there on the lot still in its wrappings we were excited! He double checked to make sure no one else had a hold on it. No one had a hold and it was available! We wanted it! He put a sold tag on it and sent us a photo for confirmation that it was indeed there. We were unable to go at that moment as we were over an hour away. So we put a deposit on it. Come the following day we met David M.to finalize all the paperwork. I am now the proud owner of my first brand new Traverse in my color I specifically wanted Skyblue. I could not be more happier. Thank you David M! Excellent salesperson who bent over backwards to verify the vehical had arrived on the lot by physically looking for it, touching it, and of all.making sure no one else had a hold on it! Hid the keys until we arrived! See David for your vehical needs!

Only giving two stars because for once I found a dealership that answered the phone and had the vehicle available to be looked at the same day. I worked with Alex, who tried to sell me a truck listed at $28k for $35k. He was sneaky about the balance sheet and after we agreed on an “out the door” price of $29k and I had damn near signed my life away, I caught how he buried an extra or so in the finances. Make sure you take a fine tooth comb to everything and make them walk you through the finances line by line!
