Caring staff, little weird waiting from the car, but they made the process quick and easy. And my pups loved them.

When people actually love what they do for work, it really shows. It made me so happy seeing the staff treat my cat with the same love and care that I have for my cat, and honestly probably more! You could tell that their main priority was my cat and I was just there taking up oxygen. I can honestly say that this place surpassed my expectations that I had before going in because I had judged the look of the place prior to my appointment. I thought the place looked a little sus and boy, was I wrong. If you’re thinking about making an appointment with Baze, I can assure you that you won’t regret it. The people are wonderful, kind, and caring and that’s what matters. This place deserves more than a 5-star rating. Thank you so much for taking care of my little Toothless!

Amazing team, amazing service. Very knowledgeable and skilled personne! 10/10! My pet had a on-going condition for months, they were always personable and treated my pet with the best care possible.

We recently had horrible experience at Emergency clinic on Wadley with a sick cat. Called Baze and as a previous post said, all I can say is WOW! From the lady answering phones, techs, to Vet, could not of had any better people taking care of our girl! Went above and beyond! Thank you all again for all that was done today for us!

Absolutely wonderful experience. This was our first time as new patients at Baze and all I can say is wow and thank you! Baze is a small, owner operated style vet, so they can keep everyone on budget, but aside from this everyone is so kind, welcoming, and thorough. My doggo loved everyone there! This is the type of care I wish all pets could get. Amazing little place.

Our dogs have not had good experiences with animal clinics in the past. We encountered unfriendly staff, and it was very unsanitary. I can truly say me and my family loved this clinic. Our dogs used to always get anxious every time we take them to their clinic but when we took them here they were as comfortable and happy as can be. It was so clean, staff was so friendly, and doctor was a 10/10. You can tell the people that work there truly care about your pets! If you are thinking about going or switching, do it!

Unfortunately I was hoping to have a 5 star review but that was by far my case with the Dr at Bayes. My first visit was amazing at bayes and I went back because my poor fur baby was not and is still not doing better and the Dr was very short with us and to the point of irritated because I was in desperate need of help with my fur babies dog food. I would like to say her staff sybil was the only one that was willing to help me. Thank you sybil.

This place gave us wrong diagnosis and referred us to Legacy Emergency Hospital for a surgery that wasn’t even needed for my dog.

We came last minute without an appointment because our dog had an ear infection. They graciously worked us in even though it was the day before Thanksgiving. So grateful for their help and service. Highly recommend Baze!

One very happy spayed kitty came from Baze a couple of days ago. Miss Betty White will be returning anytime she needs anything done!

My puppy ate a chicken foot and subsequently got sick. I called this veterinary clinic and they got us right in. Julie the vet tech was so kind and loving with us, and very knowledgeable as well. Fortunately, they took imaging studies right away and everything was clear. The doctor ordered some IV fluids for hydration and a medication for nausea. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The whole staff is friendly and really on top of their game. Definitely recommend this practice! 10/10 excellent care bar none and great positive attitude from the entire staff!

Charges $60 for appointments then more just for what he gets treated for, last time we came they cut my dogs nails where he bleed, they take forever even when you have a appointment even if you show up on time or ahead of time, appointment at 2: 15 only to get the dog at 2: 50

Friendly staff and truly love the animals. The convenience of staying in your vehicle and they come to you and take your pet is great.

My dog had gotten attacked by another dog and I just moved to town did not have a vet, so I called baze they were so nice and took my baby in right away thank you to all the employees

The ladies I’ve met here, the staff, the veterinarian, so nice, very knowledgeable great with our babies. My momma had to bring her baby (our baby) and she said she will go nowhere else! I highly recommend Baze they feel more like family than just another vet we’ve been to! You will not regret it! Absolutely great people! There needs to be a choice for way more stars than the five! Thank you Baze, you are just the best. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable and just putting us at ease. There have been time we went so worried about our babies, and it’s immediately gone as soon as we get there! I luv that! They care for these babies as much as we do! I can honestly say you just don’t get that anywhere! But we get that here! I just want to thank them for being who they are! I don’t know if they hear that enough, but I sure pray they do! I can’t say enough, my momma can’t say enough. She took the baby yesterday and she is still talking about her visit! She left feeling so so good! And I appreciate them making my momma feel better about what was going on w the baby! My momma is content and knows her baby is ok, and I thank them for all being so good to my momma and our baby!

This little downtown clinic has a great team with enormous heart! Curbside assisted with great attention to detail and highly friendly communication throughout the entire process. It has been difficult trying to find a local vet that would take new clients, but Baze clinic has been wonderful and very happy to have come across their clinic. My pup is definitely looking and feeling better now!
