B&B Guns & Ammo, LLC, Abilene TX

Went out to their shop looking for information on two particular guns. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and very polite. They will get my business even I decide to purchase the weapon.

I got 2 new Uzi’s from them. The price was just what I was looking for. Everyone is very friendly.

Just left there and they were great to do business with and I highly recommend them for your next gun purchase, trade or gun supplies. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair can’t ask for more than that!

I dont know why this place has such a good rating i wouldn't recommend it they want to rip you off dont ever take other guns to trade with them

I disagree with the posts that say it is the overpriced. I bought a very lightly used beretta shotgun with a retail value of about $2100. I got it for $1200.

Place is over priced through and through. And Pawn haha yeah right won't even do decent trades, only have their interest in mind. I read a review posted by the owner saying customer service is priority, if this is the case you need to reevaluate your store prices and employee offers. Today was my last attempt at doing business with this place, remember you reap what you sow!

When I first walked in no one offered assistance or greeted me. When another guy who was white walked in he was greeted and offered assistance. My observation was that people here look down on people of color. I didn't look like I came off the street. I'm a law abiding citizen. I felt judged by the way I look at B&B. I would recommend no one of color go here and buy anything from these people. If you want to be treated like an equal go somewhere else. Racist people. And to think I was ready to spend $1,000 that day ha.

In all fairness one of the older guys is attentive but I have been in there many times and I am always faced with an unwelcome attitude. It feels like racism and I can only imagine what it is like now that Trump is the talking head. I'm sure I don't want to walk in again cause it probably a pretty ugly scene. It a ol white boy store and I would bet some underhanded stuff is going on in the back, because white men crowd that place like it was a waffle house. Don't waste your time shopping for anything but guns in that place because they are dumb as a box of rocks on anything else. Over-priced and unfriendly all day long.

Absolutely rude service and very judgemental and quick to make assumptions. I used to use them quite often and I will never be going back. I like helping our local businesses and could have easily gotten the item I needed for half of what it cost in store. I hope this business goes bankrupt.

Very nice gentleman helped my husband and I purchase two handguns. Having owned Glocks I knew I wanted something around the same. He pulled out a few suggestions and in a span of 5 mins had them picked out. Great customer service and will be returning for our next purchase. Love my B&B cap too!

Great selection of stuff for fire arms. Seems lacking in the bow department but I was still pleased with what was available.

If you like walking into a business that doesn't greet or acknowledge you then this is the place for you! Otherwise avoid this business i walked in nobody said a word about 5 people there all to busy watching videos rather than helping customers.

All of the employees are so friendly and if you need help they are right there! I personally don't know much about guns, bows, etc.but they make sure you understand exactly what you're buying! I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime. WONDERFUL!
