Brian and his son were amazing to work with. My glass patio door window pane shattered right before the Christmas holiday. With the cold weather closing in, I really wanted to have it fixed quickly. I had a few other places come by and gave me estimates around $2,000 - 3,000. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I gave B&B Plate Glass a call and they were able to come out SAME DAY to take a look, perform measurements and give a quote. They were able to fit my patio door with a new glass pane the VERY NEXT DAY for under $500. The whole repair took less than 2 hours and they were easy to work with. I can't recommend this company & team enough. They saved my energy bill and wallet right before the holidays!

I received many estimates for glass replacement from various companies and they had the best pricing by far with the quickest turnaround for installing the glass. The job was done perfectly. We will definitely be using them again for all our widow replacement needs.

Called for an emergency window repair on a triple pane nitrogen filled window and the unprofessional man on the phone said they don’t do residential and to call back on Monday. It’s a Wednesday evening. Bummer.

Brian the owner showed up the morning after we called to reinstall a bedroom window that cracked. He clearly communicated with me on a time frame he would be here, and texted me as he was on his way. He did a professional job and finished in a timely manner.

Called these guys overnight for a break in at our shop and they where very prompt, courteous and fairly priced. They came out within a couple of hours and My glass door was replaced in under an hour. They even swept any scattered glass. Thank you guys; great service.

Really disappointed to have to write this since we have used B&B once in the past and we were really satisfied with their work. Our bedroom window broke from hail this past Sunday and we reached out on Monday morning. They told us they would fit us in today (Wednesday) which was totally fine since we know they are busy from the storm. We called this morning to get an approximate timeframe that they could come but they refused to give one, only that they would call an hour before. I stayed home all day from work today waiting for them to call but they never did. All it would have taken was some clear communication to keep our business.

Called for a quote, they were VERY reasonable.will be having them replace the glass as soon as everything is finalized with the police.

They were very quick to respond and about 10 minutes after we sent them pictures of our broken window they provided us with a quote and an ETA. It only took them an hour to arrive after we approved the quote and the repair only took about 20 minutes. It was reasonably priced and overall a great experience to an unforeseen accident.

These guys are the absolute truth. I called and was able to get same day service. Very professional and reasonable prices as well.

I called the big companies in town and none of them could even give me an estimate for 10 days, but Brian came out THAT DAY and ordered the glass and installed it 48 hours later!
