Pizza need little more attention. Owen temperature was not hot enough to cook the bread properly.

Writing a review for Shabnam Paan center. After hearing good reviews, drove for about 30 min to treat myself to a couple of amazing meenakshi paans. Best I have had till now in Dallas and absolutely worth the trip. There was a gentleman who ensured that he made the paans in front of me so that he could do it just the way I needed it. Tried their jelabis as well and was fab. Will definitely recommend and return for their paans. Looking forward to try their food as well soon

They charge 20% extra for employee service over the food price and they don’t tell you in advance.

We felt buffet food quality was down a bit but still good value for the money. Items we ordered off many were good.

We always love coming here. My 6 year boy does not want to eat out unless it’s at BBQ KING. We got the vegetable samosas, nihari, green chicken tikka boti, goat pulao, and beef seekh kabab with roghani naan. Each dish was superb. Perfect blend of spices and authentic Lahore taste.

Okay so let me start off by saying that the food is good and very flavorful, however it wasn’t quite what I had asked for…
I called in 10/14/23 for an order of seekh kebab (should be 2 pieces) wrapped in a garlic naan (got one piece). I wasn’t from the area, and am a driver so I needed something halal to eat. Spoke with a young man on the phone let him know what I wanted, let him know I was on the go and needed to eat while driving. He said yeah we make rolls and it’ll be about 15 minutes. Get there and get my food, the portion size was very generous but as I start driving and open it up, it has all these vegetables and mayo I presume. So normally I would not have minded this if I was sitting to eat but I was driving and I made that clear. Needless to say it was very messy to eat while navigating the road and more than half of it fell out and on to my lap! So while the taste was excellent, the customer service was poor because the young wasn’t paying attention to what I asked for. In fact, upon greeting him at the door, he was not at all enthusiastic about being there. Owner- please train your staff to be more attentive to their customers needs and requests and act like they want to be there and be best that they can be in said position. What sets you apart from other middle eastern restaurants? Because there are plenty around that area. That should be your motivation daily.

UPDATE: 10/16/23 thank you for addressing my concerns with such grace and taking it in a positive light to improve. I just want to see people win. I will definitely be back when in the area and continue supporting your business! Hopefully you guys can expand and come over to Fort Worth as we have very little options here and I am a huge fan of Pakistani cuisine.

I bought Indian sweets from this shop for my engagement. They are so delicious and tasty; I highly recommend this shop. The staff was very friendly, and they decorated the sweets exactly how we wanted. Special thanks to the staff, who were super friendly.

Excellent food. Service was also reasonably well than before. The place needs some detail cleaning. Using covers to cover up dirty chairs just does not feel good. Floors were sticky at some places and the gents bathroom also needs some good cleaning.
