I bought all my outdoor kitchen appliances rom BBQ Outfitters in Southlake Texas. Their pricing was competitive with online companies. What is great is you can physically see the equipment installed in their showroom. They were very knowledgeable about their product offerings. They kept me up on the status of the order, which was delayed due to Covid-19 at their supplier (not their fault). They worked directly with my contractor to arrange for pickup of the equipment. All in all it was a great experience.

After researching and receiving quotes from several outdoor kitchen vendors, I decided to purchase my grills from bbq outfitters. They closely listened to my needs, provided good quotes, and sold quality equipment. They have a great product line and inventory. Their customer service is exceptional and they make you feel like family. That was huge for me to feel as though they cared and not see me as just another sale. They showcase their products really well in their showroom and their Saturday smoker grill samples are a great way to showcase what their products can do. Come see them and feel the experience.

BBQ Outfitters is our go to place for everything BBQ. We purchased a Big Green Egg, DSL grill, stainless steel dry pantry, Sonic ice maker, sink and insulated cooler several years ago, and have been thrilled with the performance. Our outdoor kitchen is an oasis during COVID-19! We are smoking two chickens on the BGE today. We use both the grill and the smoker several times a week. We have also purchased egg-sessories (grill thermometers, grill cover, and pizza stone.). They have a wonderful selection of BBQ seasonings, and wood chunks (apple, hickory, mesquite, oak) and so much more! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend BBQ Outfitters.

The igniter on my Yoder 640 competition broke after a year of use. The guys at bbq outfitters gave me a replacement part (under warranty) the day it happened and i was back up and going. Very helpful and responsive service. Ready to buy my next “toy” from them.

After the first time I visited their showroom, I was impressed with their selection of cooking equipment and accessories and their selection of spices and rubs. I’d been looking at purchasing a Yoder YS640 and these folks made it easy and a seamless experience. Right in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and right when retailers were reopening I made a decision to purchase the grill of my dreams - a Kamodo Joe Big Joe II. The 1st and only place I visited in person, after doing my research online, was BBQ Outfitters. From the moment I walked in to the moment they were loading my grill into my truck b the experience was nothing short of spectacular! Every employee in there was friendly and knowledgeable and better yet made me feel safe and comfortable in their store! I returned there again today to load up on some accessories and spices and yet again the experience was spectacular! BBQ Outfitters will be the ONLY place I will purchase anything for my Big Joe II.

Was mulling a smoker or Kamado style grill, then narrowed down between BGE and KJ, team was super helpful as we made our decision and purchased. Have loved our purchase and they were supportive throughout the process.
