BB's Tex-Orleans, Houston TX

Sat at the bar and the bartender was delightful! Great recommendations on food. Had the red beans and rice and it was great! Will be back to try more items.

Yesterday we came here for the crab leg/seafood boil, ate& when I got home I threw up my whole entire meal. I believe I contracted seafood poisoning, & it’s weird because I never have a problem with this location. I’m so sick, I can hardly function. I hope it passes soon: (

Thrift time eating at BB's and first time at this location. Evette was professional and friendly. I'll be back.

Pay $26 for a piece of catfish and 3 small fried oysters. I could not believe my entree was the same as my child kids meal for 7.99. I should have just got a kid's meal smh. I wish I could post the picture.

I do miss the old menu. I don’t think they should have changed it. The food is good and the staff have always been friendly.

Food can out later then the other guests I was with. Then after the extra wait it was cold an uncooked. Horrible experience biting in to cold food. Avoid this place at all cost.

Surprise charges on the ticket. I asked them to bring salad first. Well, they did, but 2 minutes later, the main fare came. We barely had time to shake the salt on the salad. Poor service.

Crawish pasta was dry. I should have stuck with their shrimp po boy. It is pretty good. Somewhat disappointing this time.

Food was off the chain. Had the Shimp and Roslast Beef poor boy and 2 of the fully loaded bloody Mary's. Bloody Mary's was like a meal in to self. See pictures attached. Overall great place and will be back when in Houston.

Crawfish pasta was low quality, tasted funny and overcooked pasta. They don't have raw oysters unfortunately.

This is the largest BB’s I’ve been to. Certainly larger than the Richmond location. The turn around for food is QUICK. The quality is exactly what I have come to expect at BB’s.

We always come her for crawfish.today's experience was beyond horrendous.we ordered our usual 2 pounds of crawfish and we like it spicy and so wanted more spice on it.they said they will charge us $2.5 for that and so we said fine.when the crawfish came out, we started eating i found a hair.the manager Erica came and barely apologized and even said it could be my hair.she said she can count and see how much the new one can have but she cant guarantee if the new one will not have the same hair issue.like seriously? What kind of customer service is this.no assurance of quality, counting the crawfish that we should get, saying it could be my hair and yes we got charged for it.very disappointing and she didn't even come back again to as if she could do anything for us.total racial profiling.don't bother coming here as this was ridiculous and no wonder its empty all the time.the people here act as though they are doing us a favor but seeing how the manager is not too surprising.

I have been coming here for a while now but things has seem to change… the wompas cat is watered down and was not worth $5… the crawfish was small which forced me to get a appetizer, the service was horrible the servers could be more tentative towards the 6 guest that was there. Smh if only I could be refunded!

Love the food here. My sister works at one of their locations and I love visiting her there.

I just picked up an online order from the Briargrove location. The food was not worth the money spent of $75. Four pieces of tiny shrimp for my meal. It did not taste well. The service was mediocre at best. Good luck if you try to go there and eat.
