BBVA Bank reviews
1210 to cash a check i feel like i am legally getting scammed thanks for having the highest fees in the industry
BBVA is honestly the best bank to have in San Antonio, Bank if America is awful and Wells Fargo charges you if you breathe the air in their branch locations. Was thinking of just keeping my money in a mattress because at the time it was a better option than these crooks masquerading as banks, until a friend of mine recommended BBVA and it’s been 2 years and this location has always given me the best treatment. Yeah it takes a little long due to the current Covid situation but even McDonald’s takes a long time these days. In other words BBVA has a life long customer in me.
Super slow service on a Saturday.would think if you are closing the other 5 branches on a Saturday you would have staff for this one.
This Place Sucks Straight Up I've Been Banking With This Company For The Last 3 Years And This Location Has To Be The Worst
I give this location two stars for convenience. The ATM is always, always broken! I use it to deposit cash because using the tellers takes too long. Why should it take more than five minutes to see anyone? The drive thru isn't better at all, probably takes more time since there is only a few people working there. But having an ATM broken several times a month is ridiculous. At the beginning of next year I will be giving my money to a bank that has their S*** together. Thanks Career point.
Awful customer service. Melissa Cervantez gave me the run around for a week. She lost confidential documentation and I had to resend, said she'd call back daily, but left me having to call her instead. After a week of being extremely patient, I told her I needed to know by today what was going to happen with my account.her exact words, "You are not my client". I'm the "bank's client". *mind blown*. Who does she represent? More than happy to be done with BBVA. Also, this is my first ever negative review on any business because I love giving good reviews when I'm satisfied with the service. That should say enough on it's own.
All i can say is" Now Thats Service! "! You need to deal with Orlando Martinez @Park North location he is very Professional, Excellent Service he gets things done. Thank you Mr Martinez great service with a smile. A. Juarez
Horrible bank. Unprofessional mgt who is unwilling to do what needs to be done for customers. It doesn’t take much. There are better branches this one is just not good and it starts from the top.
I have never had problem except for today while sitting in the room waiting one of the employees made the comment about a women who just left that she should speak English because she live in this country and not speak spanish.
This is the only unprofessional bank i have ever used, located 6610 blanco rd 78216 very unprofessional, represenatives will claim to make mistakes and Mrs. Marina bank president will withdraw any amount from your personal account. Then she claimed all they can help you with is a "sorry". In other words they steal money from their customers, when they are unaware of accounts. Goodluck find a better bank.
I have enjoyed BBVA for over 5 years. It is convenient and around the city. Blanco Road branch is in my neighborhood and I appreciate the personnel with up-most service attention. If the "Teller Machine's ATM" would be replaced instead of serviced (several times now), I would give it Five ***** Stars. OAM
It's interesting what BBVA Compass calls "customer service". I love how correcting yet ANOTHER bank error counts as a "one time courtesy". Thank you for convincing me to switch to a credit union.
