BBVA Compass / PNC Bank, Spring TX

Chantel made my 1st visit to this location a breeze! She is super friendly. Beautiful smile and her professionalism is like no other. Thank chantel for helping me. You're amazing. People make the business work not the other way around

Horrible, I went with this bank cause it was close by my house and convenient, big mistake, they don't have Zelle 1st of all, and every branch you go to takes extremely long to withdraw YOUR money. There not forgiving on fees like wells fargo and bank of america, and everything is always blamed on COVID, don't waste your time,

Stopped by for a withdrawal and my bladder was about to bust.
I asked to use the restroom and they told me "it's not available to the public". I've been a customer of BBVA since 2002 and have never had a location refuse access to the restroom.

Daniel Rodriguez (financial sales advisor) he was very fast and has very good service i recommend him to assist you with any issue you have.

Walked in, waited about five minutes with no acknowledgement. After we're done with the trust, I'm closing this account and sticking with Frost bank.

They do not have enough money for cashing a check like a normal bank should have. I would worry about my money in a place like that.

Mixed feelings about BBVA, this location is better than most, at least their staff here is more competent than others. Been to other branch locations and they would set up accounts wrong with the wrong configuration. At this point I can't really recommend them as a bank, not a big fan.
