BBVA Compass / PNC Bank, Plano TX

Horrible bank. Had some discrepancies on my auto loan so was told to go in a branch so when I got thereThe teller wants to say “ I dont Have access to a loan system”. So get me with somebody who does or make a call to the dept to find out and help me. Paid off my loan and never again will I deal With lazy people/bank. If you don’t like your job than don’t work there. What happen to customer service. I wasnt Rude or ugly. Just a consumer needing help.

I was trying to open and checking account with BBVA Bank at this particular location due to all other locations are around 2 stars or below.
First time at any BBVA Bank, and was suggested by a good friend of mine. Since I usually don’t trust banks over cash money over everything, due to I’ve had many other banks mistakenly deposit money to wrong person at those times, and having hard time to get my money back somehow!?
However, the bank associate was friendly, but due to few confusions of communication errors with the associate.
I decided to NOT open an account with BBVA Bank.

When I open account they told me I have to pay for first check book also they did not help on online banking. My friend open account in Dallas branch he got check book also they help him on online banking. There is lots of training issue on here and they have poor customer service.
I talk to branch manager today he talk to me rudely also he can not show me policy about check. Stay away from this location

Went there to do wire transfer, after two days, money still not been wired. Went back to see what was going on, then, the manager and the banker said they did not prove the wire. So, I asked why and they called the HQ and the lady said we don't want to do it, that;s it. No more reason, and said they would give me a cashier check to let me go to other bank to do it. WTH, I said no way, you wasted me 2 days, you can't say you dont want to do it and then don't do it. Finally, they said will wire my money next monday which is tommorw, But my account will be colsed after wire transfer.what? ! It makes no f**king sense.what about my outstanding checks, and WHY! They are so ridiculous and don't care about their customers, I will see if they wire my money tmr. This bank sucks!

Walked in to speak with a banker, ended up standing at the front desk for over 5 min. After multiple bankers walked by without saying someone will be with you shortly, one banker that had walked passed before, asked me if I have been helped. I said no. She asked if I needed help, after saying yes and walking to her office, I thought of corse I need help! I didn't drive from Richardson to stand in the front to be ignored! Sat down and spoke with her for maybe 10 min then left. Poor customer service. Will go to another branch from now.

For thirty years I have banked at this bank and it's antecedents. I stay here because of the people, especially the one constant in customer contact for many of those years, "Bernie" Suckling. A good and conservative bank.
