Very bad customer service, the gentleman was very difficult to communicate with and not helpful at all.

There’s one guy that always has an issue. I don’t know his name but every time I have to deal with him there’s some problem. I’ve never had an issue when not dealing with him otherwise.

Had a great experience opening my account. I’ve visited this location twice after and received bad customer service. First time the lady was about to go on maternity leave and didn’t want to help me because she “was supposed to be gone already”. I had a simple question that could have been answered without looking anything up. The second time the drive through ATM was down and I had to go inside and was rudely told to wait because he was working on someone in the drive through. I don’t treat my clients this way. Wether I’m staying late or busy.

Horrible and rude service! I already closed my business account with this bank! Now I'm going to close my personal account too!

Terrible customer service, has a problem and wants to argue with the customer rather than fix it. Use a more esstablished bank.

I've been using this branch for 9 years or so. Always nice, always helpful and fairly quick to get to you when you have to sit with a banker.

Lack of customer service from one of the tellers. Informed him of the ATM not working properly received no response. Not a word. Would of loved to hear him apologize and reassure me they'll get it fixed but I heard silence.

Very Bad experience. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Can't wait to have my last few checks clear my account so that I can cancel my account. Very unhappy.
