There are mosquitoes everywhere, The whole time we were eating the mosquitoes didn't stop flying around. What upset me the most is that one of them bit me, they are the large and small flies. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not return to this place.

Food portions are way to small for what they charge probably won't be back way better food for a cheaper price

I was excited to try this Filipino restaurant after being convinced by the high rating. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed by any of the dishes they served. Nothing was exceptional- not the taste, freshness, or quality of the food. I won’t be able to recommend this restaurant to anyone and don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.

Maggie is amazing - such an attentive server, and very thoughtful to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. The karaoke was so much fun, we had a blast! They have a private room for the karaoke, and I highly recommend!

Been here 2 times, my gf recommended. First time, Amazing! Second time, no food for me? Same server both times (long haired brunette chick?), why did i pay $62.25 and not get my food either? Im in the service industry and have to go to work without dinner tonight (bartender), because she never rang in my food. I loved it here, wanted to bring 3 more people but dont want to come waste my hard earned money for lack of service, and no food as well as no sign of management or management intervention. Maybe order doordash/UberEats? The cooks are on point at least.

The resteraunt is a unique addition to the Heights and offers a burst of flavor to an otherwise bland part of the city.
The service was good. Our waitor was especially friendly and described the menu with some advice on his favorite foods.
The atmosphere was a bit loud for casual diners.
The resteraunt opens up to the outside, which allows noise from the street to intrude.
Being open to the outside, did not mean we were sweating while eating. We are thankful the resteraunt did not skimp on the AC.

Food tended to be on the salty side (kawali, tacos, sisig). Halo-halo was bland. Not quite impressed.

Went on a Sunday evening and had just a mediocre experience. My server wasn’t very attentive…didn’t stop by to check how the food was. And the music was disruptive as you could hear two different playlists playing at the same time. I got the spam fried musubi and pancit. Although it’s interesting to try homemade spam, it wasn’t salted well. And the pancit was soggy. I would be open to coming back to try other things, but not impressed on my first time visit.

We were craving some good crispy lumpia and this place happened to be on our “places to try” so we finally pooped in.

We came a little after noon and it was it crowded there are seats inside and out plus bar seating. Parking isn’t bad but there are other establishments in the area but we didn’t have an issue finding a place to park. We seated ourselves which was no problem.

We ordered Shanghai dynamite lumpia (dozen), sweet chili wings, pancit with chicken and Tosilog.

Everything came out at the same time which is great cause that’s how we ordered it

First off the lumpia was great and served with a sweet chili sauce (which is the same sauce on the wings we ordered). The lumpia was good nice and crunch with a great flavor with our without the dipping sauce. Our only complaint was we ordered a dozen and were expecting A FULL DOZEN but what we got was a dozen bite sized lumpia and we felt that needs to be stated on the menu or change the pricing on the order. Don’t say a dozen say “bite size” dozen.

The wings were great…even with the sauce the wings were crunch and seasoned.

The portion sizes for the main meals were amazing and worth it. The pancit was nice light and flavorful I could have used a bit more chicken to my noodles but overall a solid dish. The Tosilog was good as well could have used a bit more seasoning but all and all it was a solid dish.

Would definitely come back and order some different items on the menu. Once again this is my opinion and you should definitely give them a try you won’t regret it.

Good place for some Pinoy food, easy access from I-10 and the DJ music playing rounds out a great vibe.

Explosive flavors. Every dish had a very Caribbean Filipino spin. The fried chicken skins and spicy vinegar is out of this world.
The banana ketchup is a must try. The fried egg, beef and sweet garlic rice. Bright it home.

Definitely a 10/10! A very serene and beautiful experience, with great service as our waiter was kind, quick, and patient as we chose what to order. You’ll have a wide selection of dishes that all seem so different yet you get shot in the mouth with flavor no matter what is chosen. From sweet and sour, to a touch spicy in their dishes, they have it all for your choosing! Their portion sizes are a little awkward for even a family of four, yet they’re made for families or parties of 6 or more. Would recommend if you come near it in Houston. Overall, very great. This establishment will definitely have our major interest and frequent visits from us.

Great Filipino food. It’s hard to find a Filipino restaurant anywhere I go, so I was happy when I found this. Highly recommend.

Loved putting the banana ketchup on various dishes. We tried many dishes and most were really good.

Tried a variety of dishes, and drinks…All were excellent. We had one issue with a dish being over salted. The chef came to our table and suggested they remake it with less sauce, problem solved! Service was fast, and attentive…Can’t wait to come again!

Went here second time with my husband, was here the first time with a realtor friend, we order lumpia, sinigang, fried daing bangus, lechon kawali, pork sisig, halo halo and turon, everything was pretty good, except the sinigang was too salty.but will definitely come back.

What a shame AB is gone. He’s been our bartender for the last 3 years and to hear he has left is sad. Hope you guys take of your loyal bartenders from now on.

Absolutely delicious, super accommodating for our baby to enjoy himself and eat fried rice, great family place.
