What a lifesaver! I haven't purchased a home in a few decades. It was really nice to have someone hold my hand and explain the process from the financial aspect. Wellington always went over and beyond on my behalf when dealing with financial institutions. He kept me informed and was always available to help me. I can't say enough good things about this young man. Highly recommend him and I will definitely use them again in my future endeavors!

My family and I worked with Be M Neighbors through our home purchase and it was quite the experience. The members of the team were extremely helpful and knowledgable. Throughout the process we began to lose hope that we may not be able to reach out goal of home purchase. Cathy, Steph, Isabel and Ingrid worked diligently to aid us in the process. Having them all step in and check in and even encourage us to continue going forward felt like we had a real personal team that was not only invested but wanting to see us win. The communication was definitely up to par. We had more than one way to reach each member of the team and their internal communications but it made so we all were always on the same page no matter who we spoke with. I don't think there are words that explain the amazing work Arielle and her team at Be My Neighbor are doing. They aren't afraid of doing the hard work. They are doing some incredible behind the scenes work that not enough people know about. The VAHomeLoanLady is no joke. We have been denied home loans with zero debt to our name in the past with my husband at 100%. Using the VA loan almost seemed impossible. It has been rough. We learned some loan officers just don't want to put in the work for a VA loan or they are ignorant to the VA process/what they allow. Arielle and her team have made it their mission and they don't make you feel like garbage because your credit score isn't perfect and you don't have 20k of play money in savings. They do mortgages for real veterans with real life problems. Please please stay away from Veterans United the things they put people through should be unethical. I will forever be grateful to Be My Neighbor, Arielle and her team.

Arielle, Ingrid, and the rest of that team are phenomenal. They did everything they could and wouldn't quit until I got approved for my V. A.loan. I owe them a debt of gratitude I do think I could ever repay. If you're looking for a home loaf this is the company to go with.

Wanted to charge us $60 to pull our credit to get any type of quote But their website says free quotes? And no other lender did that. Sketchy.hate that they have our private information as we had filled out an application already.
