I bought a pair of shoes (Topo) from here. I think…. Susan helped me to find a perfect pair. She was kind, patient and super helpful. It was a wonderful experience. The product is much more functional than Nike. Highly recommended.

Walked in last weekend to get some shoes for my 8 year old son's pronation and received help from Joshua. He was extremely helpful with measuring and selecting shoes for my son. Now that it is the next weekend, I came in to get my foot measured up and was helped by Susan and she was fantastic at selecting shoes that fit my supination and a style that I was looking for. Cannot recommend this place enough and love helping the mom and pop places that are trying to bring true customer service back to the brick and mortar stores. As a matter of fact, I got to shake hands with the Pop in the mom and pop shop.

If i can i would give 0 stars to them.last week hoka shoe with them and while buying i clearrly ask them if it works for long standing at work and the staff clearly told me it was very good.believing them i bought and i can't even imagine how did i stand that day.my leg had blisters all over and it was very painful.just because it is expensive don't tell people it's good for long standing.will never go back to this place never ever

I went into Bear Creek last minute on Sunday. I had been shopping around for shoes and couldn’t find anything that was comfortable. Johnny assisted me with finding the perfect pair of shoes for my needs. He was attentive to my needs and used his knowledge to point me in the right direction. The whole process was awesome. I’m a couple of days into my new shoes & im extremely happy. No issues! If you go into Bear Creek, be sure to ask for Johnny!

We had the BEST experience here! Jessica jumped in to help us and she had 10+ years experience in shoes. She knew right away what shoes my 9 year old needed with his flat foot pain. She took her time with us and was so patient and helpful. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

The team here are great. They want to know how you are going to use the shoes, they look at how the shoe fits you individually and are knowledgeable all the way around. I’ve purchased several pairs here over the past five years or so and have never had a bad experience!

I’m not A runner and typically buy from large box stores but after showing up to bear creek after receiving a gift card i’n future customer. They measured my feet and watched how I walked and made some recommendations based on my walking habits. The sales girl presented 3 good options for me. Out of the 3 I picked the Brooks Ghost that felt the best. A bonus the shoe color has kind of a nautical look. My only issue is the lack of colors but I wear a large uncommon shoe size so it’s understandable. Other wise the experience was excellent and if I like another color of a particular shoe I will see if it can be ordered.

Decent customer service and at the end of the day I left happy with a new pair of shoes. I have smaller feet so my selections were limited, but I still found a pair that look good and fit well. Don’t be afraid to bring out shoes that are a bit more pricey. People know what they’re getting into when they shop a store like this:)

Got my last 2 pairs of running shoes here.great customer service.sometimes you really need to have some advice and expertise on picking a good running shoe. I do half marathons so it's important to make a good decision to protect my feet.

We love the helpful staff here. They also do a lot to support our Keller ISD XC and track teams with sponsorships etc. Happy to support this fantastic local business. Definitely recommend!
