Eric, your videos always cheer me up. I bought 4 vices and Old money. I was standing on the beach on the weekend with the wind blowing through my beard with the scent of Old Money.made me feel like a free spirit and happy. Thanks bro. It would be cool to come visit your Headquarters some time but I live in Canada.

They have the best scents in the business (I've searched a lot) and their oil is something magic. Almost every other oil I've tried beads up in my beard and makes it look wet. Theirs is the only one that really absorbs in and makes it super soft as well as smelling great all day.

Their balms are also great and come in generous sizes. And the mustache wax is in a really fantastic pocket able format in case you need a touch up during the day. They really think through their products and it shows.

Sylvester Louis was especially helpful recently and really went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed.

This was my first order experience with BB and I had some questions about the products. Lara communicated with me via email and responded very promptly. She was professional, friendly, knowledgable and courteous and answered my questions and resolved my ordering query. I am excited about receiving my order. Thank you Lara for a job well done!

Long time customer and just wanted to leave a quick review of a recent experience. First, quality of the products are outstanding and consistent. I've tried a few different scents and products and have never had an issue with quality control with this company. In addition to BeardBrand, I've also tried 7 other companies and can say those at BB know what they're doing as you can see I keep coming back:)

Second, they're customer service is one of the best groups I've come across in any industry. I was unhappy with a scent I received, although I should add I chose it based off a fragrance sample of the product. In any case, I contacted BB and had the pleasure of working with Lara who was sad to hear I wasn't pleased with the fragrance, but was more than happy to resolve the issue by exchanging for another scent. From the moment I submitted my request to resolution it was less than a day. Very impressed and those I've dealt with just seem like overall great people. In closing, if you're on the fence about pulling the trigger for BB products, just do it already! You'll be happy you did:) Thanks again Lara and crew!

Began my quest to learn about beard care and came across the "go-to" learning channel, Youtube! There I was able to find so many helpful videos and tutorials and when I began to notice the producers of the videos, they were all listed as Beardbrand! I found my way to their site and noticed the wonderful organization and simplicity. The prices that were represented for some of the products did not stand out to me like others claimed. People would say they are too pricey, but I disagree. The saying "you pay for what you get" is definitely how they list their items. If you want a basic oil, you pay a lower price; if you prefer a more premium blend, well that is what your money will get you. I just recently went after the four vices line of care. Smell four vices, I dare you. You will be hooked. Eric mentioned it in a video once. He said, "You may need to try it more than once to get used to it" and my goodness was he right. I wore it the first time and thought, its pretty good but I dunno yet. Tried it again later that night and BAM, wanted to bathe in it. Customer service from Lara was spot on. Quick responsive, and made me feel that my order was a priority to make perfect. I will be a Beardbrand customer from here on out I can guarantee that. Keep doing what you are doing Beardbrand. Wonderful group of people and superb products!

Amazing customer service experience. As I was browsing the website for the first time, Lara reached out though their chat service to make sure I left without any questions, which went a long way. She was extremely knowledgeable about her brand and very personable. I'm excited to purchase the Beard Wash and Softener Set for my fiancé, and may not have made the plunge without her help!

Ordered a range of products as a surprise for my husband for Xmas in a different scent to his first product choice. Arrived promptly and extremely well packaged. Unfortunately on Xmas day hubby didn't like the scent that I had chosen him. Contacted customer services a few days after Xmas (even though website said they were on holiday) and next day received an email back from Artie. He couldn't have been more helpful - completely understood what had happened and was more than willing to help me and my hubby exchange the unopened products for different ones. Really prompt with emails, polite and happy. Sorted out the new products, arranged shipping costs etc - constantly keeping me informed of everything that was happening. New products arrived (Old Money and Temple Spice) and hubby was thrilled. Thank you Artie for saving my Xmas surprise and for responding to me emails when you should have been on holiday.

I had moved and my order wasn’t forwarded so when I reached out to them Artie confirmed that it hadn’t been returned to them but he sent me a replacement beard balm without me even asking. I have purchased a few products from Beardbrand, the Sea Salt Spray and Tree Ranger Balm both of which are spectacular. I would highly recommend both. Additionally, I recently had a minor issue which their customer service responded to quickly and efficiently. They are truly a joy to work with.

Unique products especially gold line scents, old money and temple smoke are unreal and not generic beard oil scents you get on amazon. You get what you pay for in ingredients and whole customer journey. Customer service is probably the best I've ever received from Artie. I just want the cleansing products in gold line.

Beardbrand is awesome! I have done some online shopping in my life but Beardbrand is at another level.

I month or so back I orderes a bottle of Tree Ranger beard oil. It has not arrived yet and I am not unhappy about it. In fact, when I got into contact with the support team at BB, I got the quickest response ever from a company's support department. I was very impressed by how effecient the support team was, in going out of their way to solve my issue with the tracking of my parcel.

Anyway, I don't want to write a too long review about this. My point is, eventhough I am in SA, Beardbrand went out of their way to support a customer with his international tracking issue.

Beardbrand is by far the best beard product I have tried. As a business traveler I appreciate the size of the beardwash and softener bottles. I've experienced one issue with a leaking beardwash bottle during travel, emailed their customer service advising them to possibly consider a different lid design in the future. I honestly didn’t expect anything from them as the problem was minute, but without hesitation they forwarded me a new bottle. Now that’s what I call great customer service, it was totally unexpected and a very pleasant surprise. Beardbrand comes highly recommended!

Awesome company. Ordered old money beard oil & after I did I received a email that the old money beard balm was in. Sent a quick email to customer service asking to switch products. Within 30 minutes had a response & a credit to my account. Thanks Derrick for the awesome experience All the way.

The best support I had in my life.
I ordered something online from Beardbrand to Germany. While ordering my adress got wrong, so I wrote an e-mail to the support and got a quick message back. They helped me really quick and sended out another package, so that I will receive it. I will definitely order again. Really great company.
