11BEAT is a unique, fun and full body workout! Jen has awesome energy and makes it easy to pick up, even for someone with limited dance experience like myself. I leave knowing I've completed a tough workout and also had a lot of fun!
BEAT is such a fun workout! Jennifer instructs the class in a way that is super easy to follow but also challenging (in a good way). She is full of light, enthusiasm, and motivation which carries over into a more joyful and blissful day. You get a GREAT workout while having fun! It's the best!
This is the best full body workout and Jen is a positive ray of sunshine! I always leave feeling great (and a little sore in a good way!)!
I love BEAT workouts! Jen is such a great instructor - she makes working out so fun I forget how hard it is until the next day. Her music selections are great and she mixes up the routines so you never get bored. Your arms, legs and butt will thank you PLUS I'm always in the best mood after class - the endorphins carry me through the day. Thank you, Jen!

Do yourself the favor and try it! Jen is a high energy, motivational instructor who knows how to work every muscle group in your body while keeping it fun. You'll forget you're working out but feel it the next day.
Since taking her classes, I've lost weight and, more importantly, I feel stronger. I burn more calories during 50 minutes of BEAT than 50 minutes on my Peloton and use more parts of my body for a true full body workout!

BEAT classes are the absolute best classes! Jen creates a great workout that targets all of your muscle groups without you even realizing how hard you are working because class is so fun. I was trying to lose weight after my last baby and BEAT whipped me into shape so quickly. Jen is so upbeat and encouraging and I am in a good mood all day after class!
