Beaumont Emergency Hospital

Made an app drove 20 miles. Not in the computer so now I get to go in and infect every one to buy a kit if they have one

This is the best emergency hospital I’ve ever been to. I came in with chest pains and within minutes I was taken back and hooked up to machines and giving blood. They were very professional and treated me with respect the whole night. I recommend 10/10.

I was very pleased with the services provided to me. I was seen in a timely manner. FNP-C Eric Godeaux was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained every procedure and everything thing that was going to occur. I felt much better when I left. Thank each one of you for all you did!

They were fast getting me back to the exam room. And everyone were nice and took the time to tell me everything that they were doing. My visit was pleasant. I will go back if I need too.

Everyone was very polite and concerned about what was bothering me. When you first walked in the two secretaries were very nice welcoming they took my information quickly soon as I sat down it was time for me to see the doctor. The nurse came in took some reading and ask me what was bothering me told him the problem, next thing you know the doctor came in. The doctor came did his normal procedure of checking breathing, heart, etc. Gave me a shot told me another thing I needed to purchase and I was out in about 30 to 45 minutes and I feel much better. If I could rate this lower, I would. First, the front office staff took one look at our insurance card and rudely stated “we don’t take that. ” They did no benefit verification or call the number on the card. When asked to do so, the person said “they’re all closed. ” They ultimately said they were “out of network for most insurances. ” In other words, not worth their time to check it and they weren’t going to take the time to check it.

Our son presented with a sore throat and had had a fever earlier. The practitioner did not do a full assessment (did not check both ears, did not put a stethoscope on him). Ordered a strep test to rule out strep (it was negative). They said they would treat him regardless on the outcome of the test and asked if he preferred an Rx called out or a shot. We opted for the shot.

20 minutes. $400 cash. Rude front office and very little time with the patient. No real options since we were traveling.

Probably a good option for patients who don’t want to spend a whole lot of time being checked out by the practitioner and just want to be shuffled through as quickly as possible.

I love that I can go in get seen right away no long wait. The staff is always professional. Whatever makes you comfortable with the decision to rule things out they are good with that. It’s in & out & then they check on you when you go home.
It’s BEAUMONT EMERGENCY for me!

Came in due to what appeared to be an insect bite and service was great. It didn’t take long for treatment and staff was very nice.

Amazing! I would've spent 8+ hours at a normal ER. I was brought back before I even finished the paperwork! Friendly and caring staff.

Took over an hour and $350.00 to get a simple antibacterial prescription and they weren’t even close to being busy.

Nice staff, but place is a joke overall!

Wonderful staff and atmosphere! They show they care and take wonderful care of you. The nurses were absolutely amazing, caring and treated you like family!

This is the best Emergency hospital in area. Dr. Williams and Dr. Foutz both have a great bed side manner. Great hospital!

I would like to personally thank all of the doctors at Beaumont Emergency Hospital as well as the nurses and staff. I came in with a lot of pain and they pointed me in the right direction to figure out I had a rare nerve pain. 1- they believed me 2- they were compassionate and helped me figure out what was going on 3- they even called afterwards to check on how I was doing. I brought my son there and they treated him with the same superior standard of care. The doctors remembered me and called me personally when my test results came in. I was seen very quickly, the doctor and nurses came in within 5 minutes, and the whole process took less than 2 hours each time. This is by far the best urgent care in Beaumont.

Excellent customer service, great staff they treat there patients with kindness, they are very compassionate they don’t have you waiting for ever for test results. I recommend anyone to go to Beaumont emergency center, seriously they are the best

I brought my wife in for an allergic reaction to? We were seen quickly and she was treated quickly.they started a IV.administered the right meds IV.we were in treated RIGHT and out on our way home in 2 hours. GREAT JOB.a month later i slipped and fell on my repaired hip and repaired shoulder.same treatment.in, seen right away.xrays, the right diagnosis, meds administered and out in unbelieveable minimum amount of time.again GREAT JOB.if you find yourself in need of emergancy medical treatment i highly recommend Beaumont Emergency Hospital.kenny

I had an overall great experience today. I got there and one of the ladies at front desk was kinda rude but we just blew it off. I believe the RN that triaged me was Robbie B. Let me just say he was awesome and very thorough. They were so busy today and he was nothing but nice and very attentive. I was in and out in 4 hours total. That included waiting room, cat scan, blood work and IV fluids. I would definitely recommend.

The staff here was awesome. They were attentive and professional. They assessed my medical concern and took good care of me. Thanks to Dr Lambert-Pitt and her staff for helping me.
