Beautiful Hair McKinney

I absolutely love the cut and color I got from Jordan! She did such an amazing job giving me the exact cut and color I wanted. I wanted my natural red hair just a few shades darker and more vibrant, and it’s exactly what I got! It was like she read my mind. Red can be such a hard shade to nail, but she truly nailed it! Even though I have really long, thick hair it felt like she was finished so quickly yet thoroughly, which is so nice because it sucks to be stuck in the salon chair for hours on end. The staff here is so friendly and kind. I love how all the stylists here seem to be friends with one another. You can tell it’s a really warm workplace and salon for both the staff and clients. I also want to say that the prices are extremely reasonable compared to how expensive hair care and styling has become in recent years. I was able to get the cut, style, and color I wanted without being able to break the bank. I will definitely be back!

I booked on their website then got there with my daughter and they said that we didn’t have a appt. The front receptionist was extremely rude and said someone else said the same thing but that they were closing soon and couldn’t fit her in. Not even an apology after driving all the way over here and it’s their error. Unacceptable.

If you are looking for a great hair stylist, Beautiful Hair of McKinney is the place to go! Great cuts, color, whatever you need they can do it. I have been going for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is just awesome. 5 stars!

My daughter has long pin straight hair. It’s hard to find a stylist who can understand her hair texture and be able to cut it nicely. Shannon went above and beyond our expectations. To top it off, my two daughters had appointments the day we went and we were notified that my youngest daughter’s stylist left early bc she wasn’t feeling well, therefore having to reschedule her appt. My daughter was very sad, and as we were sitting there waiting for big sister, Shannon saw how sad she was and she worked on both of my daughters at the same time to make it up to us. I was very grateful! She charges a bit above the rest but she is worth every penny. She is amazing!

Beautiful Hair McKinney has always been a cut above the rest! All the stylists, front desk staff, and management are so friendly, personable, and will give wonderful advice! I cannot recommend booking an appointment enough, as I always have to book my appointments months in advance.

If you are searching for great customer service, great hair, and great prices: SEARCH ELSEWHERE. The ladies at this establishment are rude and condescending. They will actually tell you that they “try” to please “95%” of their clients…why not “100%”? I suppose this is just an excuse for their lack of customer service and other shortcomings.

This salon is the very best in Mckinney! I am there twice to three times a week! No drama lots of fun snd your hair looks amazing every time. So go check this wonderful salon right in the heart of our city

I was hesitant to post a review, but after reading about other customers bad experiences, I know now I’m not alone.

I work in an industry where I deal with all walks of life and I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect…. No matter who they are.

Beautiful Hair Mckinney does not seem to understand the basic concept for human compassion and understanding with their clients. I left there feeling worse than when I arrived. There are a lot of talented stylists in DFW, go to one that will treat you with respect you deserve.

Let me start by saying this: THIS RATING IS NOT ABOUT THE TECHNICIANS OR SERVICE. It's more so about the incredible prices they charge, with no price tag or estimate before buying a service or item. I absolutely love the girls here, and their work is phenomenal, I never mind paying for the services they do BUT-.
Charging $60 for a wet simple cut seems a little criminal to me. Like I said, I never mind paying for services (it's only fair if they're taking their time to make you look good! It's all about art!) But it only took my stylist about 15 minutes to trim off my WET DEAD ENDS. I feel a little robbed and hurt. I love this establishment, but if that's what they charge for simple services. I may need to look elsewhere

Really cute salon with a nice little shopping area-clothes, hair care, jewelry-when you walk in. Everyone is friendly. I go to Stefani and she does a great job! Highly recommend this salon!

Amazing salon. I think I have found my hair stylist. Marisa flinn is great. Had a simple bob cut. But she did amazing job. She understood What I wanted showed her the picture and she did a fantastic job. Will be going back to her. She is an expert. Satisfaction guaranteed. Thanks Marisa.

My first and last time. I have been coloring my hair for 15 years and have NEVER paid that amount they charged me. They have an excuse as to why they charge you so much. Yes, my hair is thick, but there is no way on earth they charge someone $300 for highlights and roots. My color doesn't even look like the picture I showed them. The stylist's name is Julia. I went to another salon to get my hair cut and she said she would fix my hair because it was orange and uneven and there was no color in many areas.

Arlene was amazing this morning, my daughter got a haircut and a blow dry. It looks so nice! My daughter loved it and had a great experience from wash to cut to blow dry. Arlene was very sweet and great at what she does. Will definitely be going back for myself as well. Thanks Arlene

Marisa is by far the best stylist I’ve had. She’s so informative while she explains why she’s doing what she does. She so gentle and makes the experience so personal. I will def be returning <3
