I’ve been going to Beauty Eternal for about 2 years. It’s been the best experience I had. Nina so professional and knowledgeable. I always feel like I’m in a good hands. She always listens for my requests and only enhances my natural beauty. I don’t look like my age, but 10 years younger right now. I’m so glad that we have such a professional here in Austin.

The atmosphere here is amazing, it is always so refreshing to get treatments. So positive, so cozy.

I’ve visited this place multiple times, and every single time they provide an excellent service. Everything is done neatly and professionally, the place is very clean and looks beautiful, they provide a lot of different beauty procedures that they’re very good at! Beauty Eternal broke the law of the patient's privacy and revealed my name to everyone! Beauty Eternal useing expired medications. On October 22/2019 I and my friend Galina (you can find her review on January 1/2020) had a consultation with NINA T.about Botox, double chin and freckles. It was my first cosmetologist visit and I felt a little scared about the further procedure. I wondered will it be painful, difficult or scary. I was told by Nina: "You have great skin and your forehead is very simple and small so it will be easy to inject Botox. Your double chin will be gone away in two weeks. You have two options of a double chin: one-time injection medication and other medication required 4 times injection. And discount for first-time client on everything. " Of course I chose one-time injection, which cost 70$. Botox price Nina marked-8$ per unit, and freckles complex procedure price-170$
November 27/2019 I received double chin and freckles procedures from Nina T. I was asked to pay 70$+170$=240$ The result and receipt is on the pictures-chin had grown in size instead of getting smaller. Freckles showed up even stronger than before.
On December 21/2019 Nina checked previous two procedures, double chin, and freckles, and I was told by Nina T, that everything is good just need more time to recover. And I believed her, and we decided to do the third treatment. The forehead botox-8$ per unit 30x8=240$ but I was asked to pay-264$ Also, on their price list forehead botox price marked-220 without discount! Price list and receipt on the picture. The third treatment was the most dramatic and still causing my physical and emotional pain. Botox injections into the forehead- result drooping eye, called Ptosis. There are still some witnesses on my forehead. On December 26/2019 I notify Nina, that two days ago I noticed that my left eye became heavy and droopy. Nina suggested me to meet for an exam. The same day my friend Galina and I drove to meet Nina. Nina said: "Don't see any changes, you look perfect, I will add some botox" the suggestion of second portion without examination, surprised me and my friend but I agreed thinking that "professional" knows what to do. The next day after the second portion botox injection above my left eye brought fully ptosis-my left eye was fully closed. Nina told me" you have a very difficult forehead and it`s normal reaction, will be gone in 2 weeks, come and I will give you new treatment and medication for home use. I can inject on your eyebrow neostigmine, it`s also could help. You will see the result the next day, your eye will be in very good condition. "Of course, I refused any injection on my face by Nina. On December 30/2019 Nina and her husband suggested me pick up from my work to her office (I refused to do drive with only one functioning eye) and after some treatment, Nina`s husband drops me back. She also gave me medications for home treatment (the list you can find in the picture.) As I refused forehand injection with neostigmine, she gave me that neostigmine with syringes that I have to do by myself on butt at home and the same neostigmine I should use as an eyedrop The next day I saw the result-instead of positive it was negative! The whole night I had a headache and a fever. My eye getting worse, hardly could open even after eye drops. I was in panic. I was really scared. I started texting Nina asking to give me true information about this kind of situation with minimum and maximum estimations. The answer that I got shocked me and my friends. Nina told: " you wanna true, here is the truth.your eye will be closed for 7 months.or 12 months. Now, are you feeling better? " I got some calls from people who notified, they and their friends also got issues after Nina`s procedure. After my friend`s review on yelp Beauty Eternal refused to continue my medical treatment and correct their medical mistakes. I was been even asked immediately to return all medication which has been given to me for post-treatment, even eye drops, and left me in the dramatic situation!

What once was a great service turned into a nightmare!

I have gone to different places before and I have no complaints about those places, BUT Nina definitely stand out! Nina took the time to ask about my history and has always been very honest when I ask about a service. She’s not scared to tell me if something isn’t the right fit for me or not! Best Botox, best lips! Every time Nina has done my lips, it lasts the longest and fades most naturally. Looks good as it fades. I also love the way she does my forehead. It looks good and helps not have migraines. She has also helped many I know with lots of issues such as metabolism, eyesight issues due to sagging eyelids, migraines, etc.she has helped me with a mystery bug bite on my leg, which has been fading.

I have been going to Beauty Eternal after I turned 60, which was a couple of years ago. Nina is highly skilled and passionate about her profession. She continues to educate herself in the latest technology, to help you attain your beauty goals. I am always excited to see what she will do next, to help me prevent the signs of aging. I have had numerous procedures done by Nina, from amazing RF treatment, CO 2 laser, PPR. The only complaint I have is that she is always so booked. Worth the time to get in though. You will not be disappointed. She knows what you want and she delivers!

I recently had my lips injected by the one and only Nina! I’ve had my lips done several times in the past and this by far was the best I’ve ever had or experienced. She was so professional and thorough as well as caring. She has a different technique than I’ve ever had before with virtually no pain. This business has no one answering phones
, I have been trying to book an appt for weeks to no avail. I have no idea how they are still in business.

Nina is absolutely amazing, her professionalism and knowledge is incredible. Her facility very nice, clean and comfortable. She offers a variety of treatments and blows me away everytime I go to see her. Highly recommend her for any beauty treatments, she will definitely take care of you.

I have problem acne prone skin. After laser treatment with Nina my skin has dramatically changed. I am getting so many compliments every day! The treatment wasn't painful at all and I noticed an immediate difference in the look of my skin. I've got my lips done by Nina as well. Result is amaizing and so natural looking. Nina has always been very professional, and really nice! I would highly recommend seeing Nina.

1. My friend had kybella treatment done with Beauty Eternal cosmetologist. The purpose of it was to get rid of double chin. The result is on the pictures - chin had grown in size instead of getting smaller. The picture "after" was taken 1.5 month after the procedure. The first failure, which unfortunately did not stop my friend from going back to the same "specialist".
2. The second treatment was a laser freckles removing. The result - all freckles showed up even stronger than before.
3. The third treatment was the most dramatic and still causing my friend physical and emotional pain. The procedure requested was very simple- botox injections into forehead. The result of it - drooping eye, called Ptosis. The cause of ptosis is very obvious - too large amount of botox injected and hitting a wrong spot during the injection. On top of it, lots of bruises on friend's forehead - I was a witness of theses injections and cosmetologist even didn't bother to use ice before and after treatment in order to avoid bruises.
My friend is suffering from pain while trying to open her eye every morning. Her and her family's Christmas, New Year and all vacation plans were completely destroyed and canceled because of Nina's unprofessional work. My friend never got any apologies from this business. Instead she was accused in " having too difficult forehead".
From my side I would like to add one more thing: Nina, get a little bit of class when you talk to your potential clients. Do not point them at their age because the last thing we want to hear that we are "too old and need A lot of work in order to fix" what we need to fix.
When it comes to my friend's experiment - pictures don't lie.
I wish my friend a full and quick recovery with the help of professional doctors and I hopefully Nina and her "service' will face legal consequences.

I purchased a Groupon for services. The fine print stated a consultation would be required but made no mention of cost. Only after purchase do you discover the consultation is $45-$100. Although several phone numbers are listed they all are forwarded to an automation. At no point can you actually speak to a representative. I left a voicemail for them but rather than returning my call they grabbed the number I called from and sent a text message. That's NOT helpful! I don't give out my cell number because I don't want anymore solicitation calls, texts than I already receive. Oh and still cant schedule an appointment. Not too impressed so far
