If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT LET YOUR KID GO HERE! The teachers or what ever you want to call them have no restraint or patience. They do not have the over all welfare of your children in mind. Not recommended and I pray for your children if you take them here

I was a loyal parent to this daycare for almost 2 years. I let things go so many times with them trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Such as my child coming home with scratches bites and bruises with no explanation as to why. I was informed that my child had started biting at daycare. Funny thing is he was not biting at home or with friends children or anywhere else. So I spoke to staff with a concern that something was causing the issue. Ex: my child being picked on to cause him to defend himself in that way. Feeling like they weren’t taking my concerns seriously I spoke with the owner. At that time there was a plan to move him to an older room. Which worked for a bit until the children he was with previously moved up to that room as well. Then the incidents of him biting started all over again. When I was told again my child had started biting I again went back to the staff to try to get answers as to what was going on prior to the biting incident and I was confronted with he their policy is redirection and if they bite and break skin he has to go home. Which is totally fine but my concern was what was going on prior again was by child being picked on or bullied was he mimicking someone else’s behavior. But when I was firmly asking for those answers the owner intervened and some how seemed to take my concerns personally and termed my child because I was trying to defend him. I should have not ignored the red flags early on with this place and left a lot sooner. Side note I’ve always been a parent that paid ahead of time and at this time I have still not received the refund i requested for the tuition i paid that my child was not able to attend for.

I love this place! We have a four-year-old and an eight-month-old. They love the school both of my girls are always happy. I love the communication with the teachers and owners. You can just see the heart and hard work they put into the school. I can go by anytime & see the classroom. They just had an end-of-the-year party where parents were invited. I also get text and pictures from my daughters teachers. I really like the app the school uses. The teachers are so creative with their lessons and themes.
I think my daughter is going to be very prepared for kindergarten next year and I’m looking forward to watching the baby grow and excel there.
