Friendly people, easy to deal with! Great experience buying a truck. Harry was a great salesman and made everything easy. Billy in financing was also great. Would highly recommend.

They are dishonest in many way - first is the Nitrogen scam they screwed me out of $295.00 dollar's after we agreed to a purchase price then was cheated.
Beck and Beck Buick GMC -Scam - the dealer sells you air in your tire.marketing as nitrogen, which is the industry's largest snake oil fraud! Nitrogen is already in the air; you don't need to pay extra for it! That's right, they want you to believe this will somehow make your car run better.then then lied - Texas does not require a dealer to collect a out of state registrar fee if the vehicle will be registered in another state (not in Texas)

Service great in Darrell was wonderful.with Soechting for 65 years and now I’m continue with Beck and Beck.

The 1995 Chevy Silverado arrived with a spongy brake pedal that would continue all the way to the floor board and sometimes stop the truck. A local Chevrolet dealership in the Schertz area had refused to continue to work on the truck several years ago, about 2016, due to the age of the truck and despite the fact that I had been taking it there since about 2002.in 2023, I took the truck to an independent mechanic, a Firestone service center, and a brake specialist company to get the brakes repaired to no avail. The mechanics at Beck and Beck, specifically James and other team mechanics, with their combined knowledge and extensive experience, repaired the brakes and the truck is once again roadworthy. Thank you.

Stopped in at Beck & Beck, Harry was very professional and knowledgeable about my truck. The fiance process was quick with Quinton Ratliff. I'll be back and purchase again with Harry and Quinton.

This was my first visit to Beck & Beck. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I also asked to have the tire pressure checked in each of the tires and to add air as needed, since all 4 tire sensors were showing low tire pressure. I also asked them to reset the sensors. All of this was done about 30-45 minutes. I also advised Mr. Cowey that my car has an open recall on it. He researched it and advised me that currently there is no "fix" for the issue, but that once a "fix" is determined, Chevrolet would notify me by mail. Everyone who I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return for future oil changes and any other services I might require.

Billy Moore was so great to work with on purchasing a vehicle. He was kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. I did not feel pressured at all and came to a good decision to buy based on information Billy provided about the vehicle, fees, and financing.

The service was amazing, and the job was done on a timely manner. My only complaint is that the tech didn't clean the inside of the wheel hub after he was finished. Other then that outstanding

New to town and had to get my first oil change. Treated me so kind and got me in and out within a decent time!

Needed service and had been to Chevrolet and they told me 2-3 hours. Drove toward my other appt and passed your Dlrship. Pulled in and greeted with smile and handshake. Will come back for all of my auto needs.

I had brought my vehicle in due to some concerns after having repairs done at another facility. Darrell Cowey was the individual who helped facilitate the repairs to my vehicle.

I appreciate his effort and honesty throughout the process. Darrell did exactly what he said he would do and looked out for my wife and I's best interest. Integrity is hard to find nowadays and especially in situations like this, Darrell did a fantastic job.

When my wife and I came to pick up the vehicle, I made sure to introduce them and asked Christine to bring the vehicle directly to Darrell if ever repairs where needed, knowing that he would take care of it and be respectful to my wife.

Beck & Beck should be very thankful to have an employee such as him. I will continue to bring in my vehicle and I will refer anyone that asked to see him for their automobile needs.

Friendly staff and quick service if you get there early when they open. Would like to be able to schedule service online and set a time if possible. It can be difficult to show up and hour prior to when they open to get passed by if you are not standing in front of the door when its opened.

Harry did an excellent job of selling us our new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with us. The whole experience was wonderful!

Was looking for a truck for my son turning 16 and hit up Beck & Beck GMC about a vehicle I found. Quinton Ratliff, super salesman, reached out to me to get a deal worked out. I informed him that I live in NW Houston and would need it delivered. He immediately put me at ease and we got a deal done. He delivered the vehicle, to my driveway, the next day where we signed the paper work. Best car buying experience I have had and I would like to thank Quinton for that. Son absolutely loves the vehicle.:)
