Beckett Authentication Services, Plano TX

Do not expect to receive any customer service from Beckett without going to the actual store front. Now I will say they are extremely friendly people in person and will help solve your problem but they definitely need a more streamlined customer service system. Hoping to pick up my cards this week!

Went to the CBCS side to pick up graded comics. Great customer service. Courtney always take care of any issues that comes up.

I would NOT recommend using this service. The general number listed does not have the option to leave a message. The numbers listed for the representatives on the website do not answer, nor do they return calls or emails.

When you submit an inquiry on the website, it takes days for any response.

Their customer service support lacks any attentive communication when requesting service.

If you’re looking to get something authenticated, I would go with James Spencer Authentication. Their services are great! Prompt responses and they notarize all Letters of Authenticity.

Stay away from Beckett!

So little did I know they DO NOT have a shop to walk around and look at the neat stuff.
It's pure "GRADING SERVICES ONLY"
Also, you must have a scheduled appointment.
They will ask at the door.
No appointment? Then you will get turned away politely with instructions.
So go to the app or website and book an appointment if you would like to do a drop-off in person, then mailing it.

Sent them an original autographed photo of James Arness, Ken Curtis and Burt Reynolds, they claimed was not authentic, even though I stood in line for hours to get original autographs from all 3 stars mentioned above. Never returned calls, emails, continuously disconnected when I call. Steer clear from these quacks.

Do not do business with BECKETT they take forever grading baseball cards also you can never speak with a live customer service person you will get a voicemail option only! BECKETT has long outrageous hold phone wait times only to get a voicemail. BECKETT is a half azz run outfit BEWARE you been warned! I would suggest that customers take business to PSA NOT BECKETT.

Biggest joke in the industry. Sent a bunch of in-person Dale Jr signed cards, they failed them all. A third grader could've figured out they were real. To be fair, I included a scan so you don't think I'm a PSA or JSA operative with an agenda. Wasn't a hard authentication. If their employees had any familiarity with Dale Jr's graph, they would know he tends to give you the 'Da' as in the first and third pic when he's not in a hurry and the loops in the second pic when he's in a rush. What's funny is they have authenticated the same exact style as the 1st and 3rd card last year. Will never use them again. What's worse is it took them 8 months to get this WRONG OPINION back to me. 8 months to screw up an easy authentication. Go with PSA if you have to go Third Party on NASCAR or any high end stuff. These guys essentially throw a dart at a board and take your money.
