2I have been using B&B since 2021 for my fur babies and loved them. I have noticed with the change that they aren’t as quick to respond to their text option. This is a bummer because they use to have the best communication in the land.
The rating is only based on our personal experience with Bed and Biscuit. It's not based on the amenities, pricing or staff behavior (they were very kind to us).
Background: Our dog is very selective with people and takes his time to warm up with people. He takes an hour or two to even warm up to someone new. We had mentioned this in advance before we put our dog for an evaluation day.
But we got a phone call from them 5 minutes after we dropped off our pet saying that he wouldn't let anyone near him or let anyone leash him and we had to pick him up.
We own a difficult dog and we understand that he's not the most perfect pup out there. But we really felt that he deserved more than just 5-10 mins. Bed and Biscuit could have done a better job in that avenue.
