Bed Bath & Beyond, El Paso TX

Found the pyrex measuring cup with help from a employee. Employee had to go look for the piece in the back, but was fast doing so. Around 1: 30 pm very few customers so excellente time for shopping. Heard the cashier helping previous customer with how to save while shopping in-store. I was able to use a 20% coupon that I had on my phone just by the cashier scanning it.

I call ahead was told they had the knifw i wanted drove from farnortheast and the did not have it

Bought 2 sofa covers today. Wanted to protect them for tomorrow's Super Bowl since we're having family come over. Quality stuff only Drawback is there are no Prices shown on any of the items. Theses 2cost me almost $200. Went to Big Lots and bought throw pillows and cover's there. Will take one of each cover back to both stores. Was able to get 7 throw pillows also. $20. Less total than Bed Bath and Beyond.

Not really friendly store. When u inquire about an item out of stock no one can give u concrete answer. They always want u to order online

Took two $2 Essential Brand (their exclusive brand) Y Potato Peelers to let them know they don't work.paid cash and couldn't find receipt since it was only $4 plus tax and all I got was "sorry"? !? No offer for store credit or anything else.very disapponand told them that they shouldn't sell a product that doesn't work and she agreed.again- that's it.so buyer beware there and stick to the name brands and keep your receipt or you won't get customer satisfaction at Bed Bath & Beyond.

Went back and was offered some credit by the same Manager- she claimed I left before she could offer me credit? I don't know how that is possible but she remedied my situation a couple of days later on my second visit.

Over heard an employee by the name of lorranne complaining about work by the restrooms blocking the entry. Ran into her on the other side of the store with an empty buggy she looked at as she stood there expecting me to move out of her way…. Roll her eyes and stuck it in between an isle and walked away… as I looked around I saw her tell another employee named amber to get the cart… I lead by example as a manager on my store if she is in charge at all I feel terribly bad for her employees…. She is very rude to her customers AND her employees

Limited items. Hard to find what we needed. Items were expensive. Not impressed with this store. Other Bed Bath and Beyonds are much better stocked and staffed.

Went to buy egg containers for the fridge, but they were out. I ordered from Amazon and they arrived 2 days later.

I like shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. You didn't Have women's slippers but I will return and check ag again.
