I received my EOB and it doesn’t match what the provider is charging me. My EOB states what I owe provider which was paid date of evaluation and now I’m receiving a bill. They say insurance didn’t pay. My EOB states exactly how much I should pay to provider.
* I did hang up because the person I spoke to told me to “call back when I was ready”. I did not have my bill in front of me but was looking at my EOB.

I had two teeth extracted about nine months apart (upper and lower matching molars) and the lower molar developed a "dry socket, " which was more painful than the extraction experience itself! The support staff here are wonderful, without exception, took care of packing my "dry socket" for about a week and I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied. Dr. McPhillips, of course, is excellent but you only see him for a short time compared to the time spent with support staff overall. Dr. McPhillips made the extractions as painless as possible and the support staff made me believe it. My experience has been that support staff are the "face" of a practice: if support is good, the medica/dental care will be also. And vice versa. Dr. McPhillips has a great staff!

I didn't have to wait long to be called back. The staff was kind and explained things very well. They cared about me and what was happening. I highly recommend Dr. McPhillips.

Dr. McPhillips and his staff are so caring and compassionate. I feel nervous when discussing my daughter’s oral health and issues, but everyone is so nice and trustworthy that I was immediately put at ease.
